Summary

  • Lands the measured-head W/C/F cut as authority (docs/plans/test-decomposition-wcf-cut.md): Class W leave alone, Class C fixture/cadence split worklist, Class F cost-shape only (do not decompose).
  • Registers roadmap nodes 2-ci-two-tier-placement → 2-test-decomposition-wcf (placement = where, decomposition = shape), doc-graph bind, and two-tier §9a cross-link.
  • Regenerates ROADMAP.md projection; Class C children dispatched from session bright-newt-31.

Test plan

  • Drift/heal: ROADMAP.md matches expected_roadmap_md (heal job or local main_wet when binary is current)
  • Doc-graph bind resolves: v2.workflow.ci_floor_plan.gunbc_ci_fast_lane_rule_note
  • Review plan criteria §3–§6 against DESIGN §5–§6 (attribute-before-decompose; enrolled cadence, no orphans)
  • No Class F rows in Class C child scope

Authority worklist + roadmap follow-on so Class C rows can clear the 5s PR bar without absorbing cost-shape defects.

Move fast tests (parse_binding_fidelity_test.dag) from src/v2/test/claim/parse/ to src/v2/test/claim/manual/ to enable per-PR discovery via the witness_discovery_scan_dirs configuration. This completes the fixture vs cadence split:

- Fixture (fast tests): Now discovered per-PR in manual/ directory (~13s)
- Cadence (long tests): Stay in long/ directory, explicitly enrolled in commit_workflow

Authority: docs/plans/test-decomposition-wcf-cut.md (PR #7225)

Acceptance: verified split + cadence enrollment; no orphan corpus grain

…split (verify-only receipt)

Update documentation notes to accurately reflect the fixture vs cadence split already in tree:

Fixture (discovered per-PR via *_test.dag walk):
- 3 cross-file binding resolution + fail-closed witness tests
- File: src/v2/test/claim/parse/parse_binding_fidelity_test.dag
- Tests: witness_cross_file_import_binding_resolves_holds, witness_unbound_symbol_fail_closed_holds, witness_ambiguous_export_fail_closed_holds

Cadence (explicitly enrolled in commit_workflow):
- 2 module-ingest binding fidelity tests
- File: src/v2/test/claim/long/parse_binding_fidelity_witness_test.dag
- Tests: witness_parse_binding_fidelity_distinct_identifiers_holds, witness_resolve_distinct_param_bindings_holds
- Enrollment: CommitCheckEnrollment in commit_workflow.dag

No file moves: split verification shows fixture and cadence are correctly placed and labeled. Notes updated to document the actual facts: fixture discovered per-PR by existing *_test.dag walk (no discovery change needed), cadence explicitly enrolled (no enrollment change needed). No orphan corpus grain.
