One deliberate shape choice beyond the sketch: the concat lives inside roadmap_rules() rather than in a second wrapper fn, so every existing consumer — the unthemed-color census, site_register's brass-never-text check, roadmap_css serialization — sees the full shipped rule set through the one surface, with zero signature churn. Only the instance-specific .mark layout rule (height/display) stays local. Side effect accepted: the roadmap stylesheet now carries the halo/sky/star selectors it doesn't render at depth 1 — the price of single authority, and they style correctly for free if the instance ever deepens.
