generated_artifact_drift_gate_passes. #6824 (Weak→Strong Self Host) added three open-thread bullets todag/gunbc/design_document.dag(Rc-ownership wrap-decision, witness realization, machine-shape scheduling) butDESIGN.md— the generated artifact projected from that authority — was never regenerated to match. So the drift gate reds onmainand every open PR inherits it via branch-merged-with-main.Fix

DESIGN.mdfrom itsdesign_document.dagauthority (expected_design_md(), byte-exact;README.md/CLAUDE.mdsymlinks intact). The diff is exactly the three missing open-thread bullets — no authority change, no code.Verified
