The one-off diagnostic harness was committed with mod placement and formatting that failed `cargo fmt --all --check` in rust_tests. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
The grammar-unwrapping experiment at 931e9b7 introduced resolve type errors (List<Edge> vs FreeMonoid branch mismatch) that failed the entire discovery corpus batch, and regressed ownership enrollment on derisk probes. Restore program_partition to 63552b baseline and remove the accidental diagnostic dump test so fmt and corpus resolve pass again. Behavioral std_logic all_holds remains RED (World B emit) pending sharp-bee's partition routing fix after operator architecture steer. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Removes the freelance WholeProgram emit driver and grammar-projection heuristic that remained after the partial revert at 2ad9280. Witness hardening unchanged; emit routing fix waits for collector-reuse go. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Parked/superseded. The verified, standalone-valuable slice — the resolver fix (interim per-module variant visibility, fail-closed) — is banked cleanly in #6436 (off main, discriminating test, ready). This branch's remaining content (behavioral witness + RED controls + fixture + floor enrollment harness, the type-decl-emit proof, plus the INCOMPLETE fn-body emit and a §4 grammar-projection heuristic) folds into the final self-host fan-out, where weak self-host's behavioral closure is the first milestone (gated on namespace-only-resolution + general-body-producer).
