Post-#6243 fresh-emit re-measure receipt (#6292)

Summary

Re-measures fresh-emit rustc error census on current main after #6243, unblocking regen with a registry backfill and recording the receipt in ROADMAP authority.

• Registry backfill: add test_claim_ownership_movable.rs to GENERATED_STAGE0_FILES / stage0_emit_model (regen was fail-closed without it).
• RE-MEASURE (local, 2026-07-05): regen_stage0 write-mode → 41/93 files materialized; --emit-fresh + cargo build --release → 1192 rustc errors (was 1667 pre-Emitter restoration: deref boxing + alias-brand rendering (C8 tail) #6243).
• Per-class grep: E0425≈140 (alias-brand: Magnitude×73 + CommutativeSemiring×55 + Nat×2 + misc×10 — confirms ~139 class), E0308≈1013 (cutover blocker), E0282≈4, E0599≈33, E0277≈2, E0614/E0631≈0.
• Cutover Add SVG viz, test helpers, and makegen scaffold #1 NOT committed: committed seed still builds green; only registry + roadmap receipt land here.

Finding is valid on the reviewed HEAD (17e1f150da): ROADMAP.md lines 1–2 contained leaked gunbc status text (resolved 38 sources / running expected_roadmap_md()...) from a manual regen pipe (gunbc run ... 2>&1 | rg -v '^error:' > ROADMAP.md) — not modeled content.

Resolution: per sharp-deer-310 HOLD, this PR is superseded by #6291 and closed without merge:

1. Duplication removed — registry backfill (test_claim_ownership_movable.rs, 92→93) and 04_resolve fold-init-none fix already live in Unbreak v1 self-resolution: kill the undead fold-init-none in 04_resolve (filter/first, the #6250 shape) #6291 (sharp-deer-310/fix-resolve-fold-init-none).
2. Roadmap receipt hunks dropped — authority/projection updates flow through the manager lane, not this worker PR.
3. Clean re-measure re-run on the Unbreak v1 self-resolution: kill the undead fold-init-none in 04_resolve (filter/first, the #6250 shape) #6291-fixed tree (zero hard diagnostics; regen write-mode + --emit-fresh both completed):

E0425≈140 alias-brand class confirmed (Magnitude×73 + CommutativeSemiring×55 + Nat×2). E0308≈1013 persists on the resolving tree — same class table as the pre-fix measurement, so this is real residue signal (not resolution-garbage inflation). Committed seed builds green; cutover drift not committed.

Hard-diagnostics check: both regen runs reported zero v2 self-compile produced N hard diagnostic(s) failures (compile_stage0 passed); the 04_resolve bug affected resolution quality without surfacing as hard compile diagnostics.
