Worker attestation

Before flipping this PR to ready for review, confirm each item:

  • Title describes the change (not the session id or branch).
  • PR body summarises what and why (replace the TODO below).
  • Tests run: name the command (e.g. npm test, cargo test) and the result.
  • If this closes a work item, the body contains a Closes #N directive.
  • No commits on this branch are surprises (no fork/cherry-pick I did not make).
  • No secrets / credentials / large binaries staged.

Summary

TODO: replace this paragraph with one or two sentences naming the change and its motivation. Reviewers read this first.

Test plan

  • TODO: list the commands that ran (or "no tests changed; relied on CI") and the outcome.

…che in claim_executor floor run

- Add ci_resolved_graph_cache_setup() function to create a temporary cache directory
- Export GUNBC_RESOLVED_GRAPH_CACHE_DIR environment variable for claim_executor
- Set up cleanup trap to remove cache directory on exit
- Modify gunbc_ci_run_script() to include cache setup before scheduler invocation

This enables the resolved-graph cache (DESIGN §4) for all claim_executor invocations
in the CI floor run, reducing resolve time from ~191s cold to cached warm time.
The cache is created fresh per CI run and cleaned up automatically.

Closing: superseded by #5789, which makes the resolved-graph cache unconditionally on via a $TMPDIR/gunbc-rg-cache default — no env var wiring needed. The explicit GUNBC_RESOLVED_GRAPH_CACHE_DIR approach here is compatible but redundant. The drift failure (generated_artifact_drift_gate_passes) would require regenerating ci.yml to fix; not worth doing for a superseded approach. — sent from calm-carp-204
