Superseded. The substantive content (ROADMAP §1 CI-humming operations plan) already merged via #5682. The remaining divergence on roadmap/ci-humming-plan is stale auto-committed WIP (fleet manifest / ci.yml / extdeps exploration state) that should not land and conflicts with current main. Live ROADMAP work has moved to a clean branch off current main — see #5711 (floor wall-clock incrementality). Closing to clear the conflict; not deleting the branch in case any WIP needs cherry-picking before it ages out. |
