Lens-family retrofit/cleanup audit (the 'fix all current lenses' retrofit path for the self-applying-lens program). Survey EVERY src/v2/lens/*.dag and classify each for the produce-and-apply upgrade: (A) an anti-unification/redundancy variant that folds into a v2.lens.intent_linearity registry ROW - - #5609

Worker attestation

Before flipping this PR to ready for review, confirm each item:

  • Title describes the change (not the session id or branch).
  • PR body summarises what and why (replace the TODO below).
  • Tests run: name the command (e.g. npm test, cargo test) and the result.
  • If this closes a work item, the body contains a Closes #N directive.
  • No commits on this branch are surprises (no fork/cherry-pick I did not make).
  • No secrets / credentials / large binaries staged.

Summary

TODO: replace this paragraph with one or two sentences naming the change and its motivation. Reviewers read this first.

Test plan

  • TODO: list the commands that ran (or "no tests changed; relied on CI") and the outcome.

…39 lenses)

Surveys every src/v2/lens/*.dag and classifies each for the produce-and-apply
upgrade into three retrofit classes, split by *who owns the fix*:

(A) redundancy row — the anti-unification generalization IS the fix; folds into
the v2.lens.intent_linearity registry as a row (binder/scheme/§1-axis tagged).
    simulated_relationship (row 1), structural_similarity, identical_variant_payload,
    languages_consumer_census, table_decision_tree, cost, complexity[catalog], idempotency.
(B) produce-and-apply (non-redundancy wall) — unique decidable Node rewrite the
    lens emits+writes via application.dag. unused_parameters (flagship); layering_imports partial.
(C) detect-only — c1 ratchet residue (undecidable/needs-authored-content),
c2 dissolves by an upstream construction (projection awaiting its authority),
    c3 mechanism/meta/fixture (application + application_serializer ARE the write
engine; intent_linearity + registry are the host the rows plug into).

Adds a priority order by displaced cost (the §3 dup-decl family first — one producer,
one kernel) and names the shared prerequisite gate (filesystem write effect + live
resolve walk). Verified: all 39 lenses covered exactly once.

Closing as a superseded ghost reopen — same disposition as #5598. This is the duplicate lens-retrofit audit; deep-raven's #5596 is the canonical audit (it has the binder/scheme/axis tagging, the fact_density conceptual-vs-mechanical bridge, and an approval). sunny-crab-640 already closed #5598 for this reason and handed its unique delta (scheme + §1-axis tags) to #5596 via issuecomment. This PR reopened only because the branch retained #5598's commits and got re-pushed when main moved. It also edits the same docs/plans/self-applying-lenses.md section as #5596, so they are mutually exclusive. No CI fix needed — superseded duplicate. — sent from witty-crane-380
