…ual-rep) Operator reads the roadmap constantly and wants a quick what/where scan. Collapsed every multi-line, multi-clause bullet (some ~900 chars) into one line = short what + status + PR/plan-doc pointer; all density relocated to the already-linked plan docs (the roadmap's own no-dual-representation rule). Longest line now <200 chars (was ~900); no bullet spans multiple rendered lines. Preserved exactly: every checkbox + its state (19 [x] / 61 [ ]), the dependency indentation, all §-anchors, PR-number anchors, and plan-doc pointers. Verified item-for-item against origin/main (incl. #5462/#5463/#5467 content: trimmed CI-fabric line, the §1 selection-vs- scheduling reframe, the §0 expressibility-frontier line). … gatekeeper fix) Owner review (bright-stag-194, ROADMAP owner): the terse pass dropped 5 owner attributions (quick-ant-298 ×4 on stage0-clone-census / gate-hygiene / nightly-lane / tree-scoped-builtin, fierce-hawk-540 ×1 on stage0) — those are tracking metadata, not density. Restored verbatim (~16 chars each, still scannable). Longest line still <200. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

… new owner tags (#5472) bright-stag (ROADMAP owner) reconciliation, batched into one small PR (#5469 already merged): - §0 realization-vocabulary containment guard: [ ]→[x] — shipped via #5445/#5453 (lens src/v2/lens/realization_vocabulary_containment.dag + 3 floor-discovered witness files / 7 test fns, verified on main); dissolve-on note kept (bash-sidecar arc empties roster → pure wall → program.dag deletable; warm-badger owns the arc). - owner tags: §0 promote-or-delete-inert-lens + construction-justification-rule (silent-wren-739); §5 turn-on-cross-tree-import Step 1 in flight (nimble-koi-625). - §4 oracle-method intentionally NOT touched (jolly-swift-414 flips that box in its own retro PR). Operator ask: the ROADMAP is read constantly and several rows are multi-line dense paragraphs (some single bullets ~900 chars) — wants a quick scan of what we're doing / where we are, with all density in the linked plan docs (the roadmap's own no-dual-representation rule).
What changed: every bullet collapsed to one line = short what + status + (PR / plan-doc pointer). Longest line now <200 chars (was ~900); no bullet spans multiple rendered lines. Density was relocated (not deleted) — it lives in the already-linked plan docs.
Preserved exactly (verified item-for-item against
origin/main):[x]/ 61[ ](count-identical to main).opt-level=3stays[x]), and roadmap reflection + analysis #5467's §0 expressibility-frontier line.One note for the owner (@bright-stag): a few items carry rationale that has no dedicated plan-doc home yet (e.g.
stage0 clone-census's §6/core-thesis framing,tree-scoped builtin registry's measure-first/escalate detail). I kept the essential what + constraint + status on the line (e.g. "NEVER a cap-bump") and dropped the deeper rationale to honor terseness; if you want that rationale retained, it should land in a plan doc rather than back on the line.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
