Pushing to session/loyal-cat-419 advances this PR.

Worker attestation

Before flipping this PR to ready for review, confirm each item:

  • Title describes the change (not the session id or branch).
  • PR body summarises what and why (replace the TODO below).
  • Tests run: name the command (e.g. npm test, cargo test) and the result.
  • If this closes a work item, the body contains a Closes #N directive.
  • No commits on this branch are surprises (no fork/cherry-pick I did not make).
  • No secrets / credentials / large binaries staged.

Summary

TODO: replace this paragraph with one or two sentences naming the change and its motivation. Reviewers read this first.

Test plan

  • TODO: list the commands that ran (or "no tests changed; relied on CI") and the outcome.

The vendor catalog authority moved to extdeps.memory.sk_hynix; keep the
corrected header comment in the relocated file to avoid losing slice-7 fix.

…5233 relocation)

#5233 moved placement_supply std->product after #5225 was authored; #5225's
new files (realization_width.dag + its witness) still imported the dead
std.placement_supply path. Clean adds, so git flagged no conflict, but they
broke resolve. Repoint to product.placement_supply (both symbols exported there).
NOTE: leaves a std->product layer inversion (std.realization_width imports
product.placement_supply) flagged to the operator for a clean fix (move
realization_width -> product, or decouple from PlacementSupplyRow).

…re-exported via std.realization — does NOT exist in scheduler.dag). Bound host spawn width by min(IndependentShards.shard_count, PlacementSupplyRow.hardware_threads). CRITICAL §3: sharding/width is a PERIPHERAL host realization of (#5225)

* Add std.realization_width peripheral host spawn-width fold (Phase 1).

Model min(shard_count, hardware_threads) in dsl/std as a placement-bounded
width decision, re-exported via std.realization with discriminating witnesses.

* Document width re-export hub; witness imports via std.realization.

Proves the realization_width symbols are intentional re-exports (same pattern
as schedule/measurement arms), not stray imports pending spawner wiring.

* Name Int↔Nat coercion at hardware_thread_count as dissolution scaffold.

Documents the load-bearing Nat⊂Int widening at the width-fold constructor
boundary; witnesses verify it green today.

* Fix ci_floor spawn-width naming and measured-balance witness parse.

Rename ci_fleet authority to ci_fleet_floor_spawn_width; ci_floor_plan
exposes gunbc_ci_floor_spawn_width for claim_executor companion eval.

* Derive Clone on DiscoveryRow for corpus width sharding.

Fixes claim_executor compile: parallel discovery shards clone row
slices when distributing entry-groups across spawn_width workers.

* Address review: drop no-op parallelism rejection; fix W×W spawn cap.

Remove parallelism_width_satisfies rejection from satisfies() — width
capping is peripheral host realization, not a fail-closed placement gate.
Divide spawn_width across chunk siblings in run_walk so DiscoveryBatch
internal sharding + batch concurrency stay within the .dag authority.

* Fix rustfmt for width-fold Rust changes (rust_monolith_gate).

* fix(merge): repoint #5225 placement_supply imports std->product (post-#5233 relocation)

#5233 moved placement_supply std->product after #5225 was authored; #5225's
new files (realization_width.dag + its witness) still imported the dead
std.placement_supply path.

* fix(std): decouple realization_width from product.placement_supply (cursor RC #5225)

std.realization_width imported product.placement_supply.PlacementSupplyRow — a §3
layer inversion (std importing product), contradicting the module's own product-free
header. Thread the grounded HardwareThreadCount (a std.measure carrier) into
bounded_host_spawn_width et al. instead; the product caller (compute_fabric
placement_spawn_width) extracts supply.hardware_threads and passes it in.

- realization_width.dag: drop product import + hardware_threads_int helper; 5 fns
  now take hardware_threads: HardwareThreadCount.
- realization.dag: drop the hardware_threads_int re-export.
- compute_fabric.dag: pass supply.hardware_threads at the one call site.
- witness: drop product import; build HardwareThreadCount directly.

Verified green by execution: realization_width_witnesses() -> true (cap, degenerate
fail-closed, budget-ignoring RED all pass).
