Worker attestation

Before flipping this PR to ready for review, confirm each item:

  • Title describes the change (not the session id or branch).
  • PR body summarises what and why (replace the TODO below).
  • Tests run: name the command (e.g. npm test, cargo test) and the result.
  • If this closes a work item, the body contains a Closes #N directive.
  • No commits on this branch are surprises (no fork/cherry-pick I did not make).
  • No secrets / credentials / large binaries staged.

Summary

TODO: replace this paragraph with one or two sentences naming the change and its motivation. Reviewers read this first.

Test plan

  • TODO: list the commands that ran (or "no tests changed; relied on CI") and the outcome.

Closing as superseded — content already on main.

This PR is an accidental re-open of the previously-closed #4923 ("feat(std): S1 closeout — timeseries disposition tags + corpus enrollment") on the same session/proud-pike-169 branch — it was regenerated when the proud-pike-169 closeout session was archived (worktree flush) after the SPICE S1 lane completed.

Its entire delta is already on main via the canonical S1 PR #4942 (merged @ 26c4aeb):

  • the interim Float Resistance / Capacitance / Inductance wrappers this PR removes are already gone from main:src/v4/std/timeseries_signal.dag;
  • the R/L/C corpus rows this PR adds (corpus_ci_gate_row_timeseries_resistor_map / _capacitor_fold / _inductor_fold / _capacitor_fold_chronological) are already enrolled on main:src/v4/test/claim/workflow/claim_witness_corpus_ci_runner.dag.

That is exactly why it shows mergeable=CONFLICTING/DIRTY and CI-red (9 failing): it re-applies a delta that already exists, so it cannot cleanly land and there is nothing to fix here — the substantive work is on main. No fix commit is warranted; closing rather than forcing a redundant merge.

The SPICE/analog S1 lane (signed Measure<Q,Micro,Int> electrical substrate + ElectricCharge/MagneticFlux Form-B fold + corpus-enrolled zero-cross discriminating witness) is complete and accepted.

Superseded by merged #4942; delta already on main. See preceding comment for the by-execution verification. Branch retained (not deleted) in case any ghost re-derivation is needed. — sent from gentle-lynx-177
