…es (comment-only) #4674 closed 2026-06-12 with only step 1 of its dissolution landed (#4718); its dissolve-on condition (typed runtime_row on TargetModel) is NOT landed. New tracking issue #4750 supersedes it; the four 🟡 marks (emit_host.dag:216/289, emit_host_runner lib.rs resolve_host_tool/run_host_process) plus two DORMANT notes (comprep_b3_ts_descriptor_node_run.dag, sg0_census_test.rs:347) now bind it. The leaf-model R2b mark at claim/language_model/rust.dag:154 bound merged PR #3971 §5, a design doc no longer in the repo, and an archived session owner — re-anchored to new tracking issue #4751 with the dissolve-on condition restated verbatim. Census: docs/planning/label-hygiene-census-2026-06-12.md (PR #4749) Category D. Strictly comment-lines; no behavior change; genealogy cites of #4674 step 1 and PR #3971 sections are intentionally left as provenance. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

…, codenames, dead bind anchors (census only, NO renames) (#4749) * docs(planning): label-hygiene census 2026-06-12 — deprecated task-ID jargon, codename identifiers, dead bind anchors (census only, no renames) Inventory dispatched by operator directive 2026-06-12 (work item adhoc-ea6ea9da-88c): - 151 src/v4/TASKS.md cites across 68 files (ledger deleted 2026-06-01 in #4192), 119 inside 🟡 marks - 650 distinct mvp1_* + 241 distinct comprep_* identifiers, 23 jargon-named files, ^dag_mvp1_* atoms - dead bind anchors: gunbc#4674 closed 2026-06-12 with dissolve-on NOT landed, still bound by 4 marks - rename couplings (ci-floor witness pins, ci_affected_components path prefix) and in-flight PR collision map (#4741/#4747 still adding new comprep_*/mvp1_* files) - 4-wave cleanup sequence; renames deferred until §2/§4 lanes settle Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * census: record Wave-0 execution (#4752 → issues #4750/#4751) + fifth #4674 cite site found (sg0_census_test.rs:347) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> * WIP: Label-hygiene SWEEP (census-first, NO renames yet): inventory deprecated * census round 2 (operator): complete pattern catalogue + ASAP cleanup plan Operator follow-up: catalogue ALL known codename patterns, not just the mvp1/comprep/task-ID families from the original brief, and plan to rename/delete them all ASAP. Adds: pilot (356 hits + the grounding_pilot probe crate, delete-candidate), wave[0-9] (1429), sg[0-9] (1250), rung (711), phase1 (675 incl. What
Wave-0 of the label-hygiene sweep (census: #4749, Category D; follow-on dispatched by snappy-crab-849). Strictly comment-only — 5 files, 10 insertions / 8 deletions, zero behavior change, zero collision with in-flight PRs (#4741/#4747/#4743/#4745/#4748 touch none of these lines).
Why
🟡 marks require a live bind anchor. Two clusters bound dead ones:
gunbc#4674was closed 2026-06-12 with only step 1 of its dissolution landed (emit-host: de-dup per-target authority pins onto extdeps/languages/* (gunbc#4674 step 1) #4718, authority-pin de-dup). The dissolve-on condition — typedruntime_rowonTargetModel, generic row-lookup replacing the per-target if-chains — is not landed. Per the operator's close (not reopened — not our call), new tracking issue host-emission TargetModel runtime_row dissolution (supersedes #4674; step 1 landed via #4718, dissolve-on NOT landed) #4750 supersedes it, links it, and restates the dissolve-on verbatim.PR #3971(merged) was bound by the leaf-model R2b overflow-checks mark, alongsidedesign-rust-dag-leafmodel-instantiation.md(no longer in the repo) and ownerquick-tern-735 Step 4.x(archived session). The dissolve-on (fixture runner explicit-C overflow-checks=on|off) is confirmed un-landed (no support anywhere in tools/ or the runners). Re-anchored to new tracking issue leaf-model R2b: fixture runner explicit overflow-checks=on|off support (re-anchor of merged #3971 §5 bind) #4751.Repointed sites
