docs: update roadmap — L1 complete, L1.5 is NEXT - #472

L1 shipped with PR #466 (2026-04-16). All prereqs merged. First lens migration (unused_parameters.dag) proven with independent oracle + self-analysis. M2 partially complete (generics, match, lists, numeric recursion all working). L1.5 (clean bootstrap) is the next critical-path deliverable.
