SG-5/SG-6: worksheet §6 closure + falsification receipts (substrate on main)

Summary

Closes the SG-5 / SG-6 worker dispatch per docs/planning/v4-sg5-sg6-collection-bounded-lattice-worksheet-2026-05-30.md §6 (Modeling DFS GO keen-bat-825).

Substrate on main: #3957 (TargetCollectionRealization + 06_translate consumer), #4085 (04_infer BoundedLattice completeness gate). This PR adds closure receipts only.

Out of scope: SG-COLLECTION-PROJECTION (~170 FreeMonoid→Vec) — separate dispatch per manager brief.

• Worksheet: §5 landing order, §6 downstream brief, §7 non-goals; §8 worker dispatch checked complete (substrate remains SG-5: TargetCollectionRealization (canonical carrier + Rust Set rows + translate consumer) #3957 / SG-6: BoundedLattice instance completeness gate in 04_infer #4085 on main).
• Smoke ratchets: three parse/tokenize tests in v4_std_target_realization_dag_smoke_test.rs assert TargetCollectionRealization + translate consumer + bounded_lattice_completeness / 04_infer gate wiring — no new substrate edits in this PR.
• SG-6 falsification: claim_sg6_bounded_lattice_missing_meet_infer_rejects (CompilesClaim via v4.std.verification); SG-5 probe unchanged on main (sg5_set_non_ordable_falsification.dag).
