Wire cache_key_projection through artifact.subject_digest instead of sentinel digests; give GHA PrefixFallback ordered restore-key tiers; model sccache eviction as Lru with vendor evidence (cap is config-driven); add inline P5 receipt on the parse-acceptance test. Drop ProducerKind from ExecutionReceiptRef — ProducerReceipt coproduct is the sole authority. Document orthogonal write vs atomicity enums per worksheet §1.6; add BuildBuddy field-scoped evidence for intentional WriteOnce + WriteThenCommit pairing.
