Authoritative close ledger per TASKS.md:801-815 and PR #3938 §8.D4/§10.0:
per-predicate ship_disposition, engineering_state, TASKS owners, blocking
receipts, and resolving manager lanes. Pre-§8 — no worker dispatch implied.

Review #21394 (REQUEST_CHANGES) — addressed in ea6e59f87

Finding: Per-predicate Authority text: cited :809–:813 for predicates 2–6; at HEAD those lines are predicate-1 prose / wrong bullets. Six release bullets are :806–:817; Close-status is :819.

Fix: Corrected all predicate authority lines (P1 :806-812, P2 :813, P3 :814, P4 :815, P5 :816, P6 :817), matrix/header ranges (:805-817 / :806-817), T-15 section cite (:768-819), falsification probe (:784-801), and Close-status refs (:819). Added note at :240 documenting the correction.

Review #21395 (claude APPROVE): No changes required — still valid on prior commit; substance unchanged aside from pointer discipline.

Re-requesting dashboard review on new HEAD for merge gate.

Merge posture: CI green, MERGEABLE; holding for operator manual merge per 2026-05-30 policy. Dashboard re-review on this SHA still pending (openai-pro in flight).

Close/Receipt lane follow-on to PR #3949 (merged) and PR #3948 (merged).
Authored under the coordination commitment to nimble-crane-490 (Self-host/Release):
the P1-P6 ↔ TASKS.md line-anchor table belongs in Close/Receipt as the ledger-coherence
artifact; #3948 stays as the operational predicate matrix.

Contents:
1. §1 — predicate line-anchor table (P1=:806-812 range honoring no-enumeration;
   P2=:813; P3=:814; P4=:815; P5=:816; P6=:817), cross-linked to #3948 tracker
   rows and the close ledger questionnaire sections.
2. §2 — :819 Close-status discrepancies surfaced as recommendation to
   Self-host/Release: P6 absent from status line; 'P5' name collision between
   predicate 5 and INVARIANTS A3/P5 bridge. Recommended rewrite shape provided;
   not applied (Self-host/Release owns status content).
3. §3 — confirms 5/6 owner_manager pairings between ledger and #3948 tracker.

Does NOT amend TASKS.md (PR #3938 §8.D4 bars predicate relaxation by manager pass).
Does NOT restate per-predicate state (#3948 owns disposition).
