BLOCKING (1)
Root Cause
src/v4/TASKS.mdT-4.14 closeout was recorded in the task detail and ptx.dag header, but the status/dispatch rows were not propagated or explicitly scoped as “path ratified only” → update the canonical status/dispatch wording or narrow the PASS claim.
| #### T-4.14: `extdeps/languages/ptx.dag` (CUDA) | ||
| - **Stress axis**: the **SIMT data-parallel execution model** vs the 5 L1 behaviors — the IN-B bet again (like Verilog's concurrency, but data-parallel). A needed 6th `Parallel`/`Kernel` behavior = C1 escalation, by design caught early. | ||
| - **Fork (PROPOSED — confirm)**: model **PTX** (the spec'd IR — clean, general, captures SIMT directly, parallel to llvm_ir; recommended) vs CUDA-C++ as a `cpp.dag` extension (entangled; the C++ surface is not where the stress is). | ||
| - **PTX path (operator-ratified / evidenced):** model **PTX** (the spec'd IR — clean, general, captures SIMT directly, parallel to `llvm_ir.dag`). The CUDA-C++-as-`cpp.dag` extension alternative is the **rejected** fork (entangled; the C++ surface is not where the stress is). Probe status: `extdeps/languages/ptx.dag` header records **T-4.14 PASS (IN-B)** — same posture as **DECISIONS.md L-3** (PTX, not CUDA-C++). |

✅ Docs-only closeout is internally consistent with the PTX receipt and I found no blocking concerns.

docs/briefs/r4-program-dispatch-plan.mdThe dispatch authority now consistently preserves T-4.14 as landed evidence while keeping the wider T-4 keystone and rework obligations intact.
✅ Docs-only closeout looks internally consistent with the thesis and relevant invariants; no blocking concerns found.

docs/briefs/r4-program-dispatch-plan.mdThe dispatch plan keeps T-4.14's landed PTX probe distinct from the still-held T-4 ×5 feeder gate, preserving the P2 single-authority split.
ROADMAP — Verified
- T-4.14: The PTX receipt is present in src/v4/extdeps/languages/ptx.dag and the changed docs now reflect that status without widening the general T-4 gate.
✅ No blocking issues found in the docs-only closeout.

PTX allowlist now pins domain-neutral Scope/Status/Ledger header lines and preserves Ledger anchor carrier tags so CASCADE separation edits pass --check. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

scripts/strict_deprose_dag.pyThe PR conflates DECISIONS ledger provenance with the required in-file 🟢/🟡/🔴 classification tag → keep domain-neutral status in headers/docs, but restore coproduct dissolution tags and remove the PTX ledger-anchor exemption.

…rriers Codex BLOCKING: ledger-only `Ledger anchor` lines are not a substitute for the required 🟢/🟡/🔴 coproduct dissolution classification on sum carriers. Revert strict_deprose PTX exemptions; keep domain-neutral Scope/Status in ptx.dag header and standard Part 6 ledger line. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

scripts/strict_deprose_dag.pystrict_deprose_dag.py --check passes on the reconstructed PR tree, including the PTX header/tag alignment.
ROADMAP — Verified
- T-4.14: The current docs consistently keep the carrier header domain-neutral while placing PASS (IN-B)/LANDED scheduling authority in the dispatch plan under DECISIONS.md L-3.
✅ Classification: mixed docs/.dag/tooling; I found no blocking concerns in the current diff.
