…VS-B row by ID Non-blocking ledger-traceability follow-up to merged #3344 (the #3309 reading-(2) forward-port). Adds a one-clause **Supersedes:** pointer to the SL-3309-PYTHON-SCALAR-RESEED row naming the dropped prior held-provisional SL-3309-PYTHON-PER-PRIMITIVE-A-VS-B row by ID, closed by operator A-vs-B ruling (2) + #3338 py_bool_grounding. By-ID only — no stale PyBool=Bool / open-gate text reintroduced (carrying that verbatim would itself be the stale closed-gate finding the dissolution removes). DECISIONS.md-only; no .dag change.

Non-blocking — Strengths
src/v4/DECISIONS.mdDesign-docs-only provenance pointer is consistent with the live PythonScalar reseed row, the python.dag canonical-B py_bool_grounding declaration, and the P2 staging framing.
✅ No blocking concerns; the added Supersedes clause improves ledger traceability without reintroducing the retired per-primitive bool alias or open A-vs-B gate.

Summary
Non-blocking ledger-traceability follow-up to the merged #3344 (the #3309 operator-reading-(2) forward-port). Adds a one-clause Supersedes: pointer inside the
SL-3309-PYTHON-SCALAR-RESEEDrow, naming the dropped prior held-provisionalSL-3309-PYTHON-PER-PRIMITIVE-A-VS-Brow by ID, closed by operator A-vs-B ruling (2) +#3338py_bool_grounding.Provenance only — the prior row was correctly not carried verbatim (its open-A-vs-B-gate premise + its
PyBool = Boolreferent are retired; a verbatim carry would itself be a stale closed-gate ledger finding — the defect this dissolution removes). This pointer restores the provenance chain without reintroducing any stale text. witty-cat-59-affirmed (msg_ce395def: "land it clean post-merge as planned. Affirmed").DECISIONS.md-only; no.dagchange → v2-compile closure unaffected.Test plan
