+These three briefs are the canonical authorities for the PREFIX lens
+Acceptance program; this index re-specs none of them. Any §1–§3 revision of
+the interface pin requires an **operator-signed** amendment.

+Batches may split into linked PRs but must stay coherent with the interface
+pin + source brief. Implementation dispatch stays `DISPATCH_HOLD` per batch:
+workers touch impl only after that batch's Acceptance PR is operator-signed.
+
+## Coherence discipline (the umbrella's standing checks)
+
+- **One interface pin.** Any row asserting v4 parse-tree / field-name shape
+  for `EnforcedApplication` / `SectionRef` cites
+  `r4-lane-a-lens-interface-freeze-pin.md` §1 — no batch re-specs carriers.
+- **Runnable-AC column.** The pre-driver-binary convention is owned by
+  `r4-lane-a-lens-interface-freeze-pin.md` §3 (and the source brief's
+  §Witness-parallelism / Fork A). This index defers to it verbatim and
+  restates no part of it: no batch claims the CLI is live without a receipt.
+- **Witness immutability.** Red/green witness blocks and expectation rows in
+  `r4-lane-a-lens-prefix-acceptance.md` are immutable except red→green
+  transitions with an operator-signed amendment. Implementation workers do
+  not edit witnesses.
+- **Red witness ≠ unmergeable CI.** Negative behavior is a *passing* test
+  asserting `DimensionFail` / `Violates`; the whole-corpus job never doubles
+  as a "prove diagnostics by failing the job" harness.
+- **No parallel spec prose.** New Acceptance substance extends the three
+  paths above; this index stays an index.

+## Purpose
+
+Immutable **witness + runnable acceptance table** for the PREFIX lens-CI slice. **`DISPATCH_HOLD`** on the worker brief lifts when this document is **committed on the Acceptance PR branch** and **signed by the operator** (per witty-cat methodology).
+
+**Immutability:** implementation workers **do not** edit witness blocks or expectation rows except **red→green** transitions accompanied by an **operator-signed** amendment to **this** file on the Acceptance PR.
+
+## Issue class (one sentence)
+
+Real **lens application** over **v4 `.dag` programs** is **fail-closed** on typed **`Witness` / `DimensionFail`** outcomes, with **CI merge gates staying green** while **negative behavior** is proven by **passing** tests that **assert** those outcomes (never by requiring a failing workflow job for a diagnostic fixture).

+## Green corpus pin (for AC-1)
+
+Operator enumerates which `.dag` paths (or glob-derived sets) the **whole-corpus job** treats as **must-pass** for merge, and any explicit **allowlist / staging** markers. Until filled: reference the brief’s **Slice C** whole-tree glob story and **O(1) applications** citation (`docs/design-lens-application-surface.md` §5).
