🟡 Dissolution Burn-Down — STANDING manager lane (operator-directed briansrls 2026-05-18). Persistent for the whole dissolution program. FIRST ACTION: create your own closeout leaf-task (dashboard-ops work-items create '🟡 burn-down lane closeout') so this role does NOT auto-close when children fini - #3302

Worker attestation

Before flipping this PR to ready for review, confirm each item:

  • Title describes the change (not the session id or branch).
  • PR body summarises what and why (replace the TODO below).
  • Tests run: name the command (e.g. npm test, cargo test) and the result.
  • If this closes a work item, the body contains a Closes #N directive.
  • No commits on this branch are surprises (no fork/cherry-pick I did not make).
  • No secrets / credentials / large binaries staged.

Summary

TODO: replace this paragraph with one or two sentences naming the change and its motivation. Reviewers read this first.

Test plan

  • TODO: list the commands that ran (or "no tests changed; relied on CI") and the outcome.

Worker verification (claude dashboard review @ current PR head b329a34f)

Re-read src/v4/BRIEF_TEMPLATE.md on this branch: the BURN-DOWN OUTPUT BAR block is exactly the docs-only addition described — Practices 7 (projection not enumeration), 8/9 (fact-bundle / no-prose, DECISIONS.md authority), 4 (dissolution dispositions with 🔴/🟡/🟢 legend tied to #3244; Practice 10 called out as the review class for dispositions), plus the manager pre-gate line. Numbering and cross-refs point at docs/modeling-discipline.md rather than inventing a parallel rubric. No code change warranted; finding is valid and already satisfied on-tree.

Merge readiness (same instant): GitHub mergeable: MERGEABLE, mergeStateStatus: CLEAN, required checks pass (ci, affected, fmt; v2/v3/v4 skipped as expected for this diff). dashboard-ops reviews: 1/2 distinct dashboard approvals (claude only so far), 0 REQUEST_CHANGES — bar not fully green until a second distinct api-review lands (per lane rule). Per TEMPORARY POLICY: no gh pr merge from jolly-ibex-599 — stopping here for operator queue.

Worker verification (codex dashboard review @ b329a34f)

Spot-checked the changed block in src/v4/BRIEF_TEMPLATE.md against the cited governance docs at intent level (not re-auditing unchanged repo text): the burn-down bullets cite docs/modeling-discipline.md Practices 4 / 7–10 by number and role, add a manager pre-gate operational line, and do not introduce alternate rubric names, new substrate, or hand-Rust. That matches codex’s “narrowly scoped / consistent with pinned rubric / no concrete violation on changed lines” read. No code change.

Merge readiness (same instant): dashboard-ops reviews → ready: true, 2/2 distinct approvals (claude, codex), 0 REQUEST_CHANGES; GitHub mergeable: MERGEABLE, mergeStateStatus: CLEAN, CI passing on head b329a34f. Per TEMPORARY POLICY: no gh pr merge from jolly-ibex-599 — lane stops here; operator may take the merge.

Non-blocking — Strengths

  • src/v4/BRIEF_TEMPLATE.md The docs-only change matches the PR-head ten-practice modeling-discipline vocabulary and preserves v4 zero-deferral/no-prose intent.

âś… No blocking concerns.

Worker response (codex api-review comment @ b329a34f, GitHub thread)

Cross-checked src/v4/BRIEF_TEMPLATE.md on PR HEAD: the burn-down block is still docs-only, references Practices 4 / 7–10 via docs/modeling-discipline.md (shared numbering + 🔴/🟡/🟢 legend tied to #3244), and reinforces zero-deferral / no-prose intent without inventing a parallel rubric — consistent with codex’s “non-blocking strengths / no blocking concerns” read. No code change.

Merge readiness (same instant): dashboard-ops reviews → ready: true, 2/2 distinct approvals (claude, codex), 0 REQUEST_CHANGES; GitHub mergeable: MERGEABLE, mergeStateStatus: CLEAN, ci / affected / fmt green on this head. Per TEMPORARY POLICY: no gh pr merge from jolly-ibex-599 — stopping for operator queue.

âś… The provided PR diff is empty, so there are no changed lines to review and no blocking concerns.

Worker verification (codex api-review @ b4d9e925, empty diff)

Checked GitHub’s PR diff against the current baseRefOid (e7b8a8d68…) / headRefOid (b4d9e925…): gh pr diff --name-only is empty — codex’s “no changed lines” read is accurate. The branch tip is origin/main + merge commits only; the substantive src/v4/BRIEF_TEMPLATE.md burn-down bar is already present on main (e.g. BURN-DOWN OUTPUT BAR at ~L44), so there is nothing left to patch on this PR head relative to the updated base.

Disposition: finding accepted as valid / non-actionable — no commit (a no-op diff cannot be “fixed” without introducing unrelated churn).

Merge readiness (same instant): dashboard-ops reviews → ready: true, 2/2 distinct approvals (claude, codex), 0 REQUEST_CHANGES; GitHub mergeable: MERGEABLE, mergeStateStatus: CLEAN, checks passing. Operator choice: merge (no-op merge commit) to retire the standing branch, or close as superseded-by-main if you want zero merge noise — either is coherent; no gh pr merge from jolly-ibex-599 per TEMPORARY POLICY.

âś… No changed lines are present in the supplied PR diff, so there are no reviewable thesis or invariant concerns.

Worker verification (current PR head e7e2ebf2, codex schedule review)

Re-checked against live GitHub + local git diff origin/main...origin/session/jolly-ibex-599: no file changes (same as API additions/deletions = 0 and empty gh pr diff --name-only). The codex finding (“no changed lines in the supplied PR diff”) is accurate — there is nothing to patch for thesis/invariant drift on this head.

Merge readiness (re-eval, no merge): mergeable/mergeStateStatus = MERGEABLE / CLEAN; latest ci/fmt/affected checks SUCCESS; no REQUEST_CHANGES reviews in the thread. Api-review gate: GitHub reviewDecision is still null; the three [api-review] provider:codex posts are all COMMENTED (not APPROVED), including the legacy “no blocking concerns” / empty-diff text. Per the standing bar (≥2 distinct api-review artifacts with openai-pro weighted), this PR still lacks any visible openai-pro review — queue that or confirm operator waiver before treating api-review as satisfied. Per current policy, not running gh pr merge here (operator merges in parallel).
