Auto-opened by session-dashboard for session still-deer-194.
Pushing to session/still-deer-194 advances this PR.

Worker attestation

Before flipping this PR to ready for review, confirm each item:

  • Title describes the change (not the session id or branch).
  • PR body summarises what and why (replace the TODO below).
  • Tests run: name the command (e.g. npm test, cargo test) and the result.
  • If this closes a work item, the body contains a Closes #N directive.
  • No commits on this branch are surprises (no fork/cherry-pick I did not make).
  • No secrets / credentials / large binaries staged.

Summary

T-19 IB-1: Generator<C>, TestClassification, and Practice-4 dissolution commentary for the forward TestgenConcept sketch in src/v4/lens/testgen.dag, plus twelve ManualTestgenAnchor rows in src/v4/test/claim/manual/t19_manual_anchor_manifest.dag.

SG-0 / v3 integration (intentional — #3205 / seed-shrink): this PR does not add or keep a v3-compiler integration smoke for v4 lens .dag files (commit 6345bb95c removes that harness). That is not a coverage regression: v4 structural truth remains target/release/v2-compiler compile --source-root src/v4 --target dag, exercised by the existing ci.yml v4 job. T-19 .dag forward-modeling stays authoritative; CI is the smoke. If reviewers ask for a replacement smoke, the answer is still full src/v4 source-root compile, not seed growth.

BLOCKING (2)

Root Cause

  • src/v3/compiler/tests/integration/v4_lens_testgen_dag_smoke_test.rs parse-only acceptance was added as a hand-Rust harness → add the exact T-PB-B SG-0 census/receipt in this PR or express the check as a .dag TestClaim/generated harness.
  • src/v4/lens/testgen.dag the unified five-category scheduling carrier was introduced before recording its dissolution decision → add the Practice-4 ledger or remodel the carrier into the richer source structure.

⚠️ Two substrate/process gates need small receipts before this can merge cleanly.

Dashboard / claude-opus-4-7 review (Int manifest + comment scaffold)

  • Manual manifest Int fields (t19_manual_anchor_manifest.dag): Confirmed — they are M1(2.8) scaffolding only; illegal enum states are not yet structurally ruled out. Addressed in de32d28f3: src/v4/TASKS.md §T-19 now has an explicit “Phase-1.5 scaffolding — forward dissolution” block that binds retirement of those Int columns to M2 single-graph loading + record/sum data bodies validating together, replacing them with TestgenTier / TestgenLayer / the closed five-fold discriminant / AssertKind, and moving slug to Symbol in the same band (no Int-code fossilization). The manifest header now points at that §.

  • testgen.dag comment-only TestgenConcept + folds: Confirmed Phase-1.5; Practice-4 ledger already lives in-file. Same TASKS § adds a loader acceptance line: first M2 wiring for this module must materialize the commented declarations (uncomment or equivalent) — comment-as-substrate is a gate, not drift permission. Status comment in lens/testgen.dag cross-links the §.

Stale GitHub codex comment on an older SHA still mentions the removed v3 smoke harness; current Lane B smoke is unchanged (v2-compiler compile --source-root src/v4).

Dashboard relay (worker self-thread): the quoted text is already this session’s resolution comment for the claude-opus-4-7 APPROVE_WITH_COMMENTS thread — not a new finding. Re-verified at de32d28:

  • src/v4/TASKS.md §T-19 Phase-1.5 scaffolding — forward dissolution is present (Int retirement + Symbol slugs + M2 uncomment gate).
  • t19_manual_anchor_manifest.dag header anchors to that §.
  • lens/testgen.dag status block cross-links the same §.

No further code change for this item; additional churn would be noise. Stale codex GitHub review on an older SHA is superseded by current HEAD + CI.

Follow-up (shell mangled prior note): Optional composer-2 observation is implemented in commit b1afd51 — per-enum Practice 4 / enum checkpoint terminal notes on TestgenTier and TestgenLayer; TestClassification kept as an explicit Conj note (no false ledger).

Dashboard relay (worker self-thread): The two quoted items are prior session comments on this PR, not new review findings.

  • The first note was shell-mangled (backticks inside a double-quoted --body stripped identifiers). That comment has been deleted from the thread so it stops confusing readers and the dashboard.
  • The second note remains accurate: b1afd519f3db9cf517053dd254cebe689b6023b4 already lands the optional composer-2 Practice 4 / enum checkpoint text on TestgenTier / TestgenLayer, with a separate Conj note for TestClassification.

cursor/composer-2 (Practice 4 / GREEN): Finding accepted — modeling-discipline.md §4 requires a written five-pattern ledger for 🟢 GREEN, not “Ledger: none.” Addressed in e1569016b (src/v4/lens/testgen.dag): TestgenTier and TestgenLayer each now carry a compact 1–5 FAILS/N/A table parallel to the existing TestgenConcept block; TestClassification is clarified as a Conj of two already-ledgered terminal sums (not its own N-way coproduct).

Dashboard relay: This item is the session’s own PR comment describing the already-merged-to-branch Practice‑4 fix — not a new finding. e1569016b632ec62b097d99f324a14aa1f85f8dc remains the tip; src/v4/lens/testgen.dag still has the five-pattern ledgers on TestgenTier and TestgenLayer, and TestClassification is documented as a Conj of those two sums. Non-blocking — Strengths

  • src/v4/lens/testgen.dag Classified as mixed .dag model/docs; the added substrate sums carry Practice-4 ledgers and the manual-anchor scaffold is documented, bounded, and trigger-named.

✅ No blocking concerns in the supplied PR diff.

codex (api-review on b1afd519): Treated as stale SHA — current PR tip is e1569016b632ec62b097d99f324a14aa1f85f8dc, which is b1afd519 + one commit (docs(v4): Practice-4 ledgers for TestgenTier and TestgenLayer) addressing the cursor/composer-2 rubric note that 🟢 GREEN still needs an explicit five-pattern ledger per modeling-discipline.md §4. The codex “no blocking concerns” verdict on the older diff remains directionally compatible with that follow-up (still v4 .dag + TASKS.md only, no v3 hand-Rust growth). If the bar is “review artifact on HEAD,” re-run api-review on e1569016b; no further code change from this relay.

claude-opus-4-7 (APPROVE): Verdict matches current tree — v4-only substrate, Practice‑4 ledgers on live sums, M2‑gated TestgenConcept sketch, Int manifest bounded with named retirement in TASKS.md §T‑19. Exploratory (12 near‑duplicate data rows): captured as post‑enum optional hygiene in the same § (commit ab32757e2), not a live refactor before M2/closed fields.

Your rubric read still holds: delta remains v4 TASKS.md + lens/testgen.dag + manual manifest; no new src/v3/ hand-Rust in this lane so P5(b) / SG‑0 receipt does not attach to this substrate work. TASKS.md §T‑19 still names the M2 + M1(2.8) retirement band; testgen.dag still carries Practice‑4 ledgers on TestgenTier / TestgenLayer and the full ledger on the commented TestgenConcept block; manifest Int fields remain honest P2 staging with header mapping + K‑1 slug discipline. BLOCKING (1)

Root Cause

  • src/v4/lens/testgen.dag T-19's subject model has no typed behavior-construction subject/arm even though the manual corpus includes behavior anchors → either add a behavior-capable subject/category to TestgenConcept or defer/remove the behavior anchor until that axis is modeled.

⚠️ One substrate mismatch remains; fixing it now keeps the manual anchors and generator carrier aligned before coverage consumes them.

BLOCKING (inline t19_manual_anchor_manifest.dag:144 — P2 / behavior vs connective-only): Accepted. TypeConstructionSubject is no longer connective-only: lens/testgen.dag now documents the internal sum ConnectiveKernel { connective: Connective } | BehaviorValueSubject { behavior: Symbol } with its own Practice‑4 five-pattern ledger; manual row (12) and TASKS.md §T‑19 explicitly bind t19.type_construction.behavior_value to BehaviorValueSubject while keeping testgen_category=0 (one type_construction fold, not a sixth top-level category). BLOCKING (1)

Root Cause

  • src/v4/lens/testgen.dag TypeConstructionSubject models the behavior slice through K-1 name references instead of consuming the closed Behavior type from std/node.dag → import/use Behavior for the subject payload or make the Value-only subject structurally unambiguous without a free Symbol.

⚠️ One behavior-subject payload is still name-shaped rather than typed substrate-shaped.

Comment thread src/v4/lens/testgen.dag Outdated
// // Manual anchor `t19.type_construction.behavior_value` maps HERE:

BLOCKING (inline t19_manual_anchor_manifest.dag:148 — P2 behavior vs connective-only): Verified on current HEAD — this was true before f25bf625b and is already fixed.

  • src/v4/lens/testgen.dag (commented subject carriers): TypeConstructionSubject is ConnectiveKernel { connective: Connective } | BehaviorValueSubject { behavior: Symbol }, with an explicit Practice‑4 five-pattern ledger on that internal sum; the manual slug t19.type_construction.behavior_value is called out as mapping to BehaviorValueSubject (P2 substrate scheduling, not slug-only).
  • src/v4/test/claim/manual/t19_manual_anchor_manifest.dag: immediately above data manual_anchor_tc_behavior_value (lines 145–147) the comment binds row (12) to BehaviorValueSubject / internal TypeConstructionSubject arm while keeping testgen_category: 0.
  • src/v4/TASKS.md §T‑19 documents the same forward-binding.

No additional commit on top of f25bf625b / merge tip resolves this further until M2 materializes the commented types.

1. Story of the diff

This PR establishes the T-19 v4 testgen surface as .dag data rather than Rust harnessing. src/v4/lens/testgen.dag moves from a placeholder to a modeled carrier: it lands the live Generator<C> shape, the Tier×Layer TestClassification, and the closed TestgenTier / TestgenLayer enums, while documenting the future TestgenConcept subject carriers and five generation folds that are blocked on M2 cross-file module loading. src/v4/test/claim/manual/t19_manual_anchor_manifest.dag then adds twelve manual anchor rows as a regression corpus that future testgen output must subsume, using temporary Int codes for tier/layer/category/assert-kind until record+sum literals can validate together. src/v4/TASKS.md ties those temporary shapes to explicit dissolution triggers, including the M2 “uncomment/materialize” gate for the currently comment-only subject carriers.

2. Invariant categories

  1. LAYER MODEL — Finding, BLOCKING. This diff does touch substrate/modeling shape, even though some of it is comment-staged: src/v4/TASKS.md:588 says the comment-only TestgenConcept / subject-carrier block is “binding at uncomment time,” so the forward carrier must already obey substrate discipline. The Value-only behavior slice is not actually made unrepresentable: src/v4/lens/testgen.dag:125-126 says Behavior is the closed Value | Transform | Branch | Loop | Bind sum, src/v4/lens/testgen.dag:127-129 says the manual anchor schedules the Value unit arm only, but src/v4/lens/testgen.dag:131 defines the payload as behavior: Behavior. That admits Transform, Branch, Loop, and Bind inside BehaviorValueSubject, contradicting the Value-only scope. Make this a singleton/value-specific subject, or explicitly broaden the category to all Behavior variants with matching anchors and generation semantics.
  2. INVARIANTS.md + modeling-discipline.md — Finding, BLOCKING. Same root issue under P2 / illegal states unrepresentable and API-level enforcement. The diff itself names the intended discipline at src/v4/lens/testgen.dag:128-129 — “Value unit arm only” and “typed substrate fact” — but src/v4/lens/testgen.dag:131 uses the entire Behavior carrier. That makes the “only Value” invariant a convention/comment rather than a type-level fact, which is exactly the illegal-state shape this PR otherwise tries to avoid when it rejects open { kind: Int, blob: … } at src/v4/lens/testgen.dag:173-174.
  3. CODING.md — Compliant. The live implementation added here is data-shaped, not method/object-shaped: Generator<C> is a simple carrier with classification and slot fields at src/v4/lens/testgen.dag:282-285, with no hidden state, fluent builder, or side-effecting Rust surface.
  4. TESTING.md — Compliant. The PR adds hermetic .dag data anchors rather than Rust tests: the manifest declares twelve independent ManualTestgenAnchor rows, and its header states they are the corpus future testgen output must subsume at src/v4/test/claim/manual/t19_manual_anchor_manifest.dag:3-5. The lack of executable generator folds is explicitly tied to M2 loader readiness rather than left as a silent test gap at src/v4/lens/testgen.dag:209-214.
  5. LOCKED DESIGN DECISIONS — Compliant. The diff preserves the test-as-data / zero-residual direction: the new regression anchors are .dag declarations under src/v4/test/claim/manual/, not new Rust harnesses, and src/v4/lens/testgen.dag:205-207 keeps std/verification.dag as the authority for TestClaim shape instead of minting a parallel claim vocabulary.
  6. TRACKED vs UNTRACKED DEBT — Compliant, aside from the blocking carrier-shape finding above. The temporary Int coding is documented and bounded in the manifest header at src/v4/test/claim/manual/t19_manual_anchor_manifest.dag:5-11, and src/v4/TASKS.md:587 gives a named retirement trigger: once M2 loads the relevant peers and record+sum literals validate together, replace the Int fields with the closed enum/sum carriers and AssertKind, and move slug: String to Symbol name-refs. The comment-only subject-carrier debt is also bounded by the explicit M2 materialization gate at src/v4/TASKS.md:588.

2.5. Top-down PM intent review

Finding, BLOCKING. The PM-level intent of this T-19 slice is a bounded five-category generator surface, with the extra behavior coverage specifically scoped as L1 Value inside the existing type-construction fold: src/v4/lens/testgen.dag:21-26 says “L1 Value behavior construction” and “not a sixth top-level testgen category,” and the manual manifest repeats row 12 as “L1 Value” at src/v4/test/claim/manual/t19_manual_anchor_manifest.dag:29-30. The forward carrier a worker is told to materialize uses behavior: Behavior at src/v4/lens/testgen.dag:131, after defining Behavior as all five L1 behaviors at src/v4/lens/testgen.dag:125-126. That would let a faithful worker implement a broader all-behavior subject while believing they followed the brief, diluting the scoped Value-only anchor into an unratified behavior-category expansion.

3. Verdict

REQUEST_CHANGES. Most of the scaffold is disciplined and well tracked, especially the Int manifest bridge and the M2 materialization gate. The blocking issue is the forward BehaviorValueSubject shape: it claims Value-only coverage but admits every Behavior variant, so the substrate model needs to be tightened before this becomes the ratified uncomment target.

openai-pro / gpt-5-5-pro (REQUEST_CHANGES — BehaviorValueSubject vs full Behavior): Accepted. behavior: Behavior made Transform / Branch / Loop / Bind representable while comments claimed Value-only — P2 violation. BehaviorValueSubject is now a unit arm of TypeConstructionSubject (no Behavior field): only std/node.dag Behavior::Value is denotable; internal Practice‑4 ledger §2 + type_construction header + manifest row (12) + TASKS.md §T‑19 updated accordingly. cursor/composer-2 (APPROVE): Re-verified at c1ac56483b85ee689a2864b4ae8e357e01c80cb3: v4-only delta; P5(b) N/A; Int/slug scaffolding still tied to §T‑19 dissolution; TestgenTier/TestgenLayer Practice‑4 ledgers present; BehaviorValueSubject is the unit Value-only arm (post-c1ac56483). BLOCKING (1)

Root Cause

  • src/v4/lens/testgen.dag The testgen category-to-claim projection defines a four-value AssertKind vocabulary before binding to the live std.verification surface → point the projection at the actual TestPredicate/AssertKind carrier or land the missing v4 verification carrier in the same PR.

⚠️ One substrate-facing scaffold still needs to bind its assert-kind axis to the real verification authority before this lands.

// tier: 0=Tier1, 1=Tier2, 2=Tier3
// layer: 0=Unit, 1=Integration, 2=Boundary
// testgen_category: 0 type_construction … 4 bidirectional_roundtrip

Re: codex REQUEST_CHANGES (duplicate anchor_slug / manifest slug join)

Verified on current session/still-deer-194: the finding was valid for the older shape, and it is already fixed on the branch — there is no longer a parallel string table.

  • std/verification.dag: TestClaim carries t19_anchor: T19ManualAnchorKey, a closed sum (12 live anchors + T19ManualAnchorAbsent) with the LB-P4-3212 coproduct line.
  • t19_manual_anchor_manifest.dag: rows are data … : T19ManualAnchorKey = <constructor> importing the same type from v4.std.verification; ManualTestgenAnchor { slug: String } and anchor_slug are gone.

The P2 join is now tag equality on one authority type, not comment-enforced string equality across two carriers.

— sent from still-deer-194

TASKS still referenced the testgen file header for the five scheduling
arms; authority now lives on the TestgenConcept sum in lens/testgen.dag
(cursor/composer-2 #3212 review).

Re: cursor/composer-2 (APPROVE + optional TASKS drift)

  • Main verdict: Agreed — no request-changes material; TestClaim literals remain confined to the two manual claim modules under src/v4/test/claim/manual/, and the T19ManualAnchorKey / manifest / t19_anchor wiring is the intended single-authority P2 shape.
  • Optional TASKS pointer: Valid — the T-19 bullet still said “see file header” for the five categories while scheduling authority is the TestgenConcept sum in lens/testgen.dag. Landed 3b1b835b0 (docs(v4): point T-19 testgen rules at TestgenConcept carrier).

BLOCKING (1)

Root Cause

  • src/v4/DECISIONS.md LB-P4-3212 omits an explicit T19ManualAnchorKey ledger entry while TASKS correctly describes it as Phase-1.5 scaffolding → add a 🟡 T19ManualAnchorKey entry naming the M2 reflection/literal-validation dissolution trigger and align std/verification.dag.

⚠️ One substrate coproduct needs its Practice-4 classification aligned with the documented scaffold lifecycle.

Dashboard / relay note (no new delta)

This thread is a re-post of the existing PR reply about composer-2 + the optional TASKS.md pointer; it is already true on HEAD: the T-19 bullet points at TestgenConcept in lens/testgen.dag (commit 3b1b835b0 is an ancestor of HEAD), and TestClaim value literals still live only under src/v4/test/claim/manual/{connective_anchors,nat_law_anchors}.dag plus the TestClaim type in std/verification.dag. No further commit from this pass.

Re: codex (3799cee) — LB-P4-3212 / T19ManualAnchorKey Practice-4

Verified: TASKS §T-19 Phase-1.5 + retirement band treats the twelve-anchor join as scaffold until M2, so terminal 🟢 on the sum was inconsistent with P5 / Practice-4.

Landed 037d347ed: std/verification.dag T19ManualAnchorKey line is 🟡; LB-P4-3212 now has an explicit 🟡 T19ManualAnchorKey ledger clause (P2 join + M2 reflection / Symbol fold + literal-validation per TASKS §T-19 retirement).

Dashboard relay — no new work

This item repeats the already-merged codex 3799cee response: Practice-4 alignment for T19ManualAnchorKey is live on HEAD (verification.dag line is 🟡; LB-P4-3212 includes 🟡 T19ManualAnchorKey + M2 retirement language). Nothing further to commit from this pass.

Re: cursor/composer-2 (APPROVE)

Verified on current HEAD: substantive bullets hold — diff stays under src/v4/ (no src/v3/ hand-Rust expansion in this branch’s scope), std/verification.dag and lens/testgen.dag carry one-line LB-P4-3212 tags on the named coproducts (T19ManualAnchorKey is 🟡 per scaffold/M2 lifecycle; the rest as tagged), dag_language_model_surface_id is a declared Symbol data row in extdeps/languages/dag.dag, and git ls-tree lists the same six test/claim/impossible_bug/*.dag paths on HEAD and origin/main. No code change required from this review (the stdout artifact’s large line numbers do not match the short .dag files on disk).

✅ The mixed v4 .dag and design updates address the prior blocking points, and I found no new blocking concerns.

Re: codex 34edaad4 (no blocking concerns)

Agreed on substance for that snapshot. Note: origin/main landed afterward; 1e4e60c7b fixes a bad merge artifact (<<<<<<< / ======= / >>>>>>> left in extdeps/languages/dag.dag) and reconciles STRUCTURE to 69 .dag + DECISIONS L-5 §CP-1b cross-ref with V-HDR / LB-P4-3212. v2-compiler over src/v4 is clean at current HEAD.

Re: claude-opus-4-7 REQUEST_CHANGES (conflict markers in dag.dag)

Verified on HEAD = 1e4e60c7b: src/v4/extdeps/languages/dag.dag contains no <<<<<<< / ======= / >>>>>>> (repo-wide grep clean). The file opens with the V-HDR one-line header block and dag_language_model_surface_id + CP-1b Set/symbol rows; cargo run -p v2-compiler -- compile --source-root src/v4 … --target dag → 0 diagnostics, 69 modules. The blocking report matched bdb8867af (merge commit) before 1e4e60c7b removed the markers — no further commit from this pass.

Re: relay — prior 34edaad4 / 1e4e60c7b note

Same facts as the existing thread; no delta.

Disposition — cursor/composer-2 dashboard review (APPROVE / findings: none)

Verified on 7e7385dc1 (branch session/still-deer-194):

  • Scope: git diff --name-only origin/main...HEAD is only under src/v4/** (10 paths: DECISIONS.md, STRUCTURE.md, TASKS.md, extdeps/languages/dag.dag, lens/{coverage,testgen}.dag, std/verification.dag, manual claim anchors + t19_manual_anchor_manifest.dag). No src/v3/compiler/src/ or other hand-maintained v3 Rust in this PR diff → INVARIANTS.md P5 does not apply to the merge-base delta.
  • Coproduct / modeling-discipline: DECISIONS.md carries V-HDR and LB-P4-3212 (including explicit T19ManualAnchorKey / M2 trigger language); touched sums in std/verification.dag and lens/testgen.dag still carry the required // 🟢|🟡 … DECISIONS.md LB-P4-3212 lines adjacent to the relevant type names.
  • extdeps/languages/dag.dag: V-HDR-style short header, no conflict markers, CP-1b surface symbols + dag_language_model_surface_id present per current HEAD.

Verdict on the review artifact: no actionable finding; no fix commit from this pass.

Merge readiness (dashboard bar, informational): mergeable=MERGEABLE; latest CI rollup on the tip run is green (fmt / affected / ci / v4 SUCCESS); 0 GitHub reviews in CHANGES_REQUESTED. Formal GitHub reviewDecision is still unset (api-review bot posts are COMMENTED). Distinct api-review slots: this composer-2 APPROVE plus the latest codex artifact that ends “no blocking concerns” is still anchored at commit 34edaad4 while HEAD includes later merges (bdb8867af / 7e7385dc1) and 1e4e60c7b Lane-B hygiene on dag.dag / docs — if merge_criteria requires a fresh second provider on the integration SHA, Lane B / operator should trigger that refresh; otherwise the composer verdict stands on the PR-scoped delta above.

Wire DagLanguageModel.wave1_void + canonical_symbols gate on
dag_language_model_surface_id only; drop dag_lm_identity_native_dag so TASKS
T-18 L6 token and substrate agree (codex P2 / Practice 5).

Disposition — codex #13922 (REQUEST_CHANGES): split .dag language-identity symbols

Valid on prior HEAD. dag_language_model_surface_id existed as a second data Symbol while dag_language_model_wave1_void / dag_language_model_canonical_symbols still keyed on dag_lm_identity_native_dag, contradicting TASKS.md §T-18 (L6 canonical token = dag_language_model_surface_id) and inviting divergent Symbol choices for the same language in L6CoverageKey.language.

Fix (pushed bd3195aea):

  • Removed dag_lm_identity_native_dag; one K-1 mint for gunbc native .dag LM identity: dag_language_model_surface_id.
  • dag_language_model_wave1_void now sets language_identity: dag_language_model_surface_id.
  • dag_language_model_canonical_symbols gates the wave-1 void C3 prelude Set on lm.language_identity == dag_language_model_surface_id.
  • DECISIONS.md CP-1b items 2 / 10 prose updated to name dag_language_model_surface_id (same semantics as before; single authority).

Verification: cargo run -p v2-compiler -- compile --source-root src/v4 --output-dir /tmp/v4-still-deer-check --target dag → 0 diagnostics locally.

Merge readiness (informational): this commit should clear the cited P2; re-run api-review on new SHA for REQUEST_CHANGES clearance. Operator policy: no gh pr merge from worker.

BLOCKING (1)

Root Cause

  • src/v4/STRUCTURE.md The checksum/enumeration model only counts .dag/.md/.gitkeep buckets → enumerate and count MOVE1_COVERAGE.txt, or relocate/remove it from src/v4, so the closed tree describes every file.

⚠️ One closed-tree checksum/enumeration violation remains.

Comment thread src/v4/STRUCTURE.md
```
**Total: 68 .dag files + 5 docs + 5 .gitkeep = 78 files.** (Per invariant
**Total: 69 .dag files + 5 docs + 5 .gitkeep = 79 files.** (Per invariant
BLOCKING: The updated closed-tree checksum says 69 .dag + 5 docs + 5 .gitkeep = 79 files, but git ls-tree shows src/v4/test/v2_run_preflight/MOVE1_COVERAGE.txt is also in the PR tree, so STRUCTURE invariant #1 is still violated.
