Adds load-bearing aggregating ratchet `r3_gate_55_shared_external_attachment_pattern_documented` in `src/v3/compiler/tests/integration/timing_lens_substrate_carrier_test.rs` that binds the six invariants documented in `docs/design-timing-lens.md` §2 under a single named harness: inv.1 subject NodeId (not String) inv.2 artifact ContentHash (not String) inv.3 producer/observer/prover branded ids inv.4 attached_at_ns Nanoseconds + workflow_run_id WorkflowRunId inv.5 TimingMeasurement = Observed | Unobserved | Ambiguous | Stale inv.6 timing_lens_validate_non_observed wired + no Empty => NoDiagnostic fail-open Per-invariant sibling ratchets remain in force; the aggregator is the single named harness so audit predicate-execution flips from N/A_NOT_PASSING to HARNESS_NAMED. Root Cause
docs/r3-program-plan.mdrow #55 promotes shared_external_attachment_pattern_documented to PASSING before the single named harness actually proves inv.6 wiring → either make the aggregator inspect the timing_lens_validate body as the existing per-arm test does, or keep the status below PASSING and cite the sibling ratchets as the authority.

BLOCKING: The new gate #55 aggregator claims inv.6 fail-closed wiring, but src.contains("timing_lens_validate_non_observed") is satisfied by the helper definition even if timing_lens_validate stops routing Unobserved/Ambiguous/Stale through it, so the PASSING receipt is not fail-closed under INVARIANTS P3.
