Summary

  • Add a gate RT1-RT4: model correctness — credential wiring, fail-closed auth, fil… #87 decomposition packet for the lens cementing test-discipline follow-up scope.
  • Split the work into G87-A through G87-D dashboard-dispatchable slices with concrete files, acceptance criteria, sequencing, and verification requirements.
  • Link the decomposition from the existing cementing-discipline pattern brief.

Dashboard dispatch

Created child work items under this session:

  • node://adhoc-4861b90b-194 — G87-A register/regen drift ratchet for lens cementing discipline
  • node://adhoc-52ba03b6-d26 — G87-B temporary Rust cementing receipt dissolution plan
  • node://adhoc-3b4585d9-52d — G87-C non-regen complete-lens Band-C sweep
  • node://adhoc-5a296bd0-af6 — G87-D worker-facing cementing port template

Testing

Docs-only coordinator/decomposition change. Not run: cargo test -p v3-compiler r3_gate_87 (the new packet requires that command for follow-up workers who edit runner code, .dag claims, Rust receipts, or SG-0 census entries).

Closing as OBE: gate #87 is already CONSUMER_LANDED+PASSING per docs/r3-program-plan.md:315 (merged via PRs #2639 + #2757). This decomposition re-authors closed scope. Director-ratified posture per swift-deer-459 + zesty-bear-812 coordination. Operator escalation in flight on work-item adhoc-b75b3d90-3d0 respawn loop.
