Regenerates only src/v3/compiler/src/bootstrap_generated_without_parse_surface.rs after PR #2735 so the committed no-parse-surface bootstrap snapshot matches fresh regen_bootstrap output.

No .dag sources, Rust tests, or cleanup edits are included; this PR is intentionally snapshot-only.
