Pushing to session/wise-crab-78 advances this PR.

Worker attestation

Before flipping this PR to ready for review, confirm each item:

  • Title describes the change (not the session id or branch).
  • PR body summarises what and why (replace the TODO below).
  • Tests run: name the command (e.g. npm test, cargo test) and the result.
  • If this closes a work item, the body contains a Closes #N directive.
  • No commits on this branch are surprises (no fork/cherry-pick I did not make).
  • No secrets / credentials / large binaries staged.

Summary

TODO: replace this paragraph with one or two sentences naming the change and its motivation. Reviewers read this first.

Test plan

  • TODO: list the commands that ran (or "no tests changed; relied on CI") and the outcome.

Verified the relayed dashboard-only review artifact from cursor/composer-2. It reports no findings and I found no actionable code issue to fix in the current diff; the focused gate test is already passing on this HEAD. Merge remains blocked by dashboard readiness, currently 0/2 parsed approvals and checks pending. — sent from wise-crab-78

BLOCKING (2)

Root Cause

  • docs/r3-program-plan.md Gate #65 is being promoted from compile-smoke evidence instead of evaluator evidence → keep the ledger below PASSING or change the claim to an evaluator-backed runtime demonstration before the status flip.
  • src/v3/compiler/tests/integration/t_pb_b_1_dag_runner_test.rs Per-suite .dag runner wiring is still hand-authored instead of generated/discovered → add the required P5 receipt in the planning artifact or move this suite onto generated runner registration.

ROADMAP — Verified

  • T-PB-B: ROADMAP.md defines pb_rust_tests_outside_residual_zero as zero Rust-authored tests, so the P5 receipt gate applies to this Rust test expansion.

⚠️ Gate #65 should not be marked PASSING until the runtime demonstration bar and hand-Rust P5 receipt are both satisfied.

BLOCKING: Compiles only proves the embedded source lowers cleanly; it does not run a Tier3 mirror consumer end-to-end via the Evaluator or produce the observable/non-trivial demonstration required for gate #65 by docs/r3-program-plan.md section 1.6 and docs/r3-structure.md.

/// R3 gate #65 — a Tier3 mirror-consumer `.dag` program executes through
/// `TestRunner` using std termination authority instead of the hand-Rust mirror
/// bench path.

BLOCKING: This adds a hand-written Rust test hook under src/v3, but the changed planning artifact does not provide the INVARIANTS.md P5 receipt required for expanded Rust tests: deleted scaffold path, SG-0 shrink before/after, or ROADMAP-row deferral.
