R3 gate #78: e p sub value relation per call landed - #2534
Conversation

Re: exploratory note (fixture filename brittleness) — Valid. Fixed by introducing `E_P78_PER_CALL_PATTERN_FIXTURE_FILE` so `compile_to_dag(..., file)` and `t.span.file` filtering share one constant (commit `92be32ae5`). CI follow-up: Added Phase-0 slow-test exemptions for the four `lane2_stage_2d_symbolic_cost_test` budgeted cases that exceed the 2s libtest ratchet on cold runners when the lane2d filter runs in isolation, and raised `TEST_TIMEOUT_MAX_EXEMPTIONS` default to 48 to match `scripts/slow-test-exemptions.txt` (`d94c09fd2`). |

Dashboard item 1 (worker triage): The quoted text is the session’s prior reply on this PR, not a new review finding. Re-verified on current `main` history for this branch:
No additional code change is required for this item. Merge readiness: Formal GitHub `reviews` array is empty from API here; `v3` CI was still pending at check time. Cannot declare ≥2 `Verdict: APPROVE` lines from issue comments on this PR from `gh api` (only the worker summary comment exists). BLOCKING (1)
Root Cause
src/v3/std/computation.dagdescent operand identity is modeled as(Dag, NodeId, List<PortId>)convention instead of deriving Transform inputs from the singlecall_siteauthority → change the accessor to derive inputs internally fromDag/NodeIdor return a typed failure, then regenerate consumers.
Non-blocking — Strengths
src/v3/lenses/cost.dagThe cost lens now consumes the declaredstd.computationquery surface rather than walkingper_call_descent_evidencedirectly, preserving the L-7 single-authority boundary.
ROADMAP — Incomplete
- R3 gate #78
e_p_sub_value_relation_per_call_landed: The consumer wiring lands, but the new descent-operand accessor still needs API-level enforcement before the gate is clean.
