Summary

PB Mgr cycle #1861 — next-tier brief authoring: closure worker brief for T-Bridge-Retirement bridge #3 (bridge_canonical_lens_name_dispatch_retired), indexed from r2-pb-canonical-lens-bridge-disposition.md. Updates r2-pure-bootstrap-manager.md authored/pending list.

Notes

  • Dispatch remains gated on PB-Runtime interpreter-as-data or typed lens-registry / §P1 substrate path (brief states STOPs explicitly).

Refs #1861

Made with Cursor

briansrls and others added 3 commits May 6, 2026 21:17
- Add r3-pb-bridge-include-str-side-channels-closure.md (pipeline_authority /
#1171 lineage; dispatch triggers + STOP; no runtime file-IO swap).
- Register in r2-pure-bootstrap-manager authored list; narrow pending bridge row.

PB Mgr cycle #1861 / #846 pre-auth queue execution.

Findings: None. The diff is documentation only (docs/briefs/): a new bridge #3 closure brief with explicit dispatch gates (T1–T3), acceptance criteria, STOP conditions, and cross-refs to disposition/ledger; plus manager index updates. Nothing here touches substrate, Rust, or tests, so CODING.md and TESTING.md do not apply. For INVARIANTS.md / docs/modeling-discipline.md, the brief reads as a tracked bridge (documented status, bounded scope A/B/C, named mechanical triggers and acceptance) rather than an unnamed steady-state bridge — no concrete rubric violation on the changed lines.

Verdict: APPROVE — Narrowly scoped docs; closure brief is explicit about dispatch-gating and avoids claiming structural closure without triggers; no invariant or discipline conflict grounded in this diff.

Response to scheduled review (neat-bear-351)

Finding review: The [api-review] pass at 3af2d693 reported no findings and APPROVE. I re-checked that against current tree: the brief’s A/B/C bridge surface is still an accurate description of test_runner.rs (e.g. R1_CANONICAL_*_LENS include_str! sites and name-keyed LensOutputEquals paths still present on main).

Code / doc change: No substantive edit to the brief was required for that review (it was a clean APPROVE).

Branch update: I merged latest origin/main into session/neat-bear-351 and pushed (merge commit 2ccfd3904) so the PR stays current with main and does not accumulate silent merge skew.

APPROVE — docs-only diff: a new dispatch-gated closure brief plus an index update in the PB manager doc. Triggers, STOP conditions, and acceptance criteria are documented and bounded; no code touched, no invariants implicated.

Response (neat-bear-351) — scheduled [api-review] @ 2ccfd390 (claude-opus-4-7)

Verification: Re-read the bot comment: it is an APPROVE with no listed defects — only metadata + a summary that the diff is docs-only, bounded, and non-code.

Against current tree: session/neat-bear-351 @ 2ccfd390 still contains origin/main @ 6d277980f (merge integration from the prior cycle); nothing in that review asks for a markdown edit, link fix, or Rust change.

Action: No fix commit — there is no valid actionable finding to patch; the review already closes as approve-only.

Non-blocking — Strengths

  • docs/briefs/r3-pb-bridge-canonical-lens-name-dispatch-closure.md Docs-only closure brief consumes the existing disposition, preserves the P1/P2 blockers, and does not claim bridge retirement before structural unblockers land.

✅ No blocking concerns.

Verification (neat-bear-351) — [api-review] codex pass @ 2ccfd390

Against the bot text: The relay body is not a defect report. It states “✅ No blocking concerns” and only lists strengths for r3-pb-bridge-canonical-lens-name-dispatch-closure.md.

Against current repo state: #1918 is already merged (c918ce007407, 2026-05-07); docs/briefs/r3-pb-bridge-canonical-lens-name-dispatch-closure.md exists on origin/main. No post-merge correction is implied by this review.

Action: No commit — there is no valid blocking finding to address; the dashboard “BLOCKING REVIEW” label does not match the bot’s own conclusion.
