…p since #12787 #12787 (6b1161c) added roadmap_closing_contract_execution_witness_test.dag to the edited_bin_witness_wet_rows_not_executed_by_ci population without regenerating the projection, so the generated lane refuses every PR and every merge group (generated-artifact drift).
