Root Cause
src/v3/std/emit_model.dagmethod render-mode was promoted into shared substrate without a coproduct receipt → add the classification with ledger/trigger, or dissolve the axis into declared method/target facts before adding consumers.

BLOCKING: MethodEmitTemplate is a new substrate coproduct with two variants, but its receipt never classifies it 🟢/🟡/🔴 or gives the required ledger/trigger under the coproduct-dissolution discipline.
