APPROVE on exact head 97bfd2e.
The PR is a one-file generated projection repair: ROADMAP.md's focused-view hidden active-deliverable count changes from 136 to 143, with no authority/source change and no other byte movement. This is the minimal repair for the generated-artifact refusal on pristine main. Land it ahead of the dependent boot-line PRs once exact-head checks permit.
