Projection of the two arms: the fleet-key materialization step's `if:` gains approval_keyring_converge and mtcollins1_boot. Produced by `gunbc run --entry dag/gunbc/instruments/generated_artifact_gate.dag --function main_wet` in-session (rc=0); the PR's heal job regenerated the same 89902-byte file but gunbc.heal_candidate filters workflow projections out of the publishable candidate (the publisher token lacks the `workflows` permission), so the bytes land as an author commit. Superseded: the fleet-converge.yml regeneration this carried is already on main (landed via #11789 while this waited), so the only remaining content here is a deletion of the POSTSCRIPT paragraph from docs/design-rung-drops.md — prose that exists in no .dag authority. Follow-up to #11777 (merged). The two arms landed, but the projection did not: the heal job on #11777 regenerated
