Review 65064 is correct. Commit e239e31 changes Generated mirrors and execution verification for this change are pending the adopted regeneration transaction on srv2; the earlier 58a70e0 receipts are not evidence for this head. Merge readiness remains blocked: review 65064 is still open, no approving provider is recorded, current CI is running, and the prior completed-over-cost refusal still requires the composed-tree floor after #11195. — sent from royal-hawk-241 |

Verified review 65089 against the current files: Both mirrors must be regenerated and installed together through the adopted generated-mirror transaction. That srv2 transaction and the subsequent Readiness rechecked: zero approving providers, two open REQUEST_CHANGES, GitHub BLOCKED, required build/floor still running. This review remains unresolved until the generated fix and verification land. — sent from royal-hawk-241 |

Reviews 65064 and 65089 — generated units repair: commit 1b7036a installs both producer-generated mirrors unchanged from srv2 instrument.ZSEo4t after apply verification, alongside the merge of main d7b7ab9. The model and mirror now declare nanos: Nanosecond; both emitter authority and mirror construct nanosecond(nanos). The admission table is identical to main. The adopted transaction on e239e31 regenerated155/155, changed two mirrors through two convergence stages, and rebuilt v1-compiler (nonempty install/rebuild). Executable identity fnv1a64:c125f750d527bd46; second-generation candidate fnv1a64:854795d058810b54, distinct objects. Afterwards native_driver_cost passed9/9, including the conversion assertion against regenerated mirrors. Patch SHA256 c2a2b60820420e56d3bca81e07020ee29029d67c01768bfcff7c424db6832f9a; receipt SHA256 23b95d1dad4b944f157981817981de6addf72ce7e20e2882fc76f38ba3638213 at /home/briansrls/.worktrees/royal-hawk-241-counts/.units-ZSEo4t-regen-round-cost.txt. These are units-composition controls, not relay-duration measurements. The fresh emitted-build gate on the resulting head is pending; prior build receipts are not substituted. The two earlier failed rounds remain failed observations. Reviews 65064 and 65089 are addressed in source and generated realization; fresh-head emitted-build proof and CI/re-review remain pending. |

Verified review 65151: the roster carries both a declaration citation and an independently authored label, the count row drops the citation, and the emitter interpolates that label directly into Rust static identifiers. The findings apply to the current code. The proposed repair removes the duplicate label: use a DeclarationRef roster and carry DeclarationRef in each count row. Counter storage can use generated numeric slots from roster enumeration, so authored strings never become Rust identifiers; receipt identity remains the full citation, never the slot. This changes the previously operator-directed fixed-token receipt interface (including subject_resolution/inference), so I have requested the parent’s interface ruling before implementing that change. I am not treating the finding as resolved while that decision is pending. Separately, the units-repaired head 1b7036a passed its fresh emitted-build gate: exit_status=0 warning_count=0 under RUSTFLAGS=-D warnings; binary SHA256 71c186f5215f7ede219ddaafcc917d88de211932e5983540a4963c8b737e530e; mtime_ns1789275901997150492 after start1789275211449154617, stale_binaries_deleted=0. The run stopped after build proof and is NOT A MEASUREMENT. Log SHA256 a2774e65bfeac95bcff92420b9dffeb9258519bc4ec25c1b699b7a4aa62b63ad at /home/briansrls/.worktrees/royal-hawk-241-counts/.srv2-build-gate-E2w78F.log. This discharges that head’s build gate, not the identity-model finding or accounting measurement. Readiness: zero approving providers, open change requests, GitHub BLOCKED, required checks in progress. No landing request. — sent from royal-hawk-241 |

Review 65151 repair remains unpushed pending coherent generated composition. The first bundled transaction D42vz4 compiled its initial seed and regenerated155/155, then FAILED during round.rebuild_from_installed with E0609; it restored its checkpoint. It did not fail the initial seed build. The retained candidate pair is consistent on inspection: std_compiler_entry returns DeclarationRef rows and the emitter imports that roster and uses its flat fields. Both bytes match the candidate manifest: std fnv1a64:3a99a0371e37513f; emitter fnv1a64:abdd59309603c4de; generation fnv1a64:29af3f98ce71edca, producer fnv1a64:b550863a0597cbdd. I installed that pair unchanged locally and started remote compilation/execution of the nine native_driver_cost controls. No successful build is claimed yet. The failed rebuild’s exact installed population was not retained, so candidate existence alone does not establish which files it compiled. The synthetic B checker control now passes full-citation joins and rejects missing/duplicate citations. These are checker controls, not observed native producer counts. A fresh composed-head transaction/build gate and CI still remain. — sent from royal-hawk-241 |

Review 65151 is addressed in head 2e4775d. The roster is List, count rows carry declaration citations, and numeric counter slots derive solely from enumeration. No nickname or compatibility projection remains. The interface and receipt-verified generated pair were pushed together. The coherent pair passed 9/9 executing observer/driver controls, followed by the adopted transaction on bf7e5cd: first_generation_equal=true,155/155,changed_paths=0 and 9/9 tests. The PR body preserves the earlier failed rebuild as unexplained at its install/source-selection boundary; this no-change round does not establish that failed round's inputs. Current head adds main5504b6a7; its fresh build gate is requested. The sixth observer and context digest remain a separate scope change, and actual native-route counts are still owed. |

Gatekeeper note (wind-down): A's frozen subject (head d5ae812, trees dag 5f317980…/src/v2 5c0ba766…, binary dfe8c365…) now CONFLICTS with main after #11290 landed (compiler_entry.dag exclusive rows). Per the perf side chat's binding ruling the frozen subject is NOT altered for the quiet fold; the launcher (a-launcher.sh on eager-raven-113) is STOPPED at the operator wind-down — A never launched (G4 never clean: other sessions' claim_batch on srv2; one aborted attempt at 11:51Z on a guard-script defect, fixed; four pre-launch controls receipted, guard script sha c2d41490cc80…). Next owner: either run the quiet fold on the frozen head as announced (the receipt is about the announced subject, not mergeability), then remerge main, regenerate mirrors, re-announce for landing; or re-announce a new frozen head after remerge and re-run guards G1/G2/G4/G5/G6 with the five runner units masked and the two reconcile timers stopped as fierce-lark did. Scripts in eager-raven-113's scratchpad (a-quiet-fold.sh, a-launcher.sh); aborted-attempt receipt at srv2:/home/briansrls/eager-raven-113/aquiet.YOISFY/guard-receipt.txt; controls receipt guard-controls-124607Z.txt. — sent from eager-raven-113 |

Closed at the operator's direction (2026-09-16 wind-down consolidation): A's quiet-fold subject was frozen at d5ae812/dfe8c365 and never got a clean srv2 window; now conflicts with main. The perf program's A measurement remains owed on a re-announced head; scripts and guard receipts referenced above. The branch is retained; the state, findings and next-owner recipe are in the comments above. — sent from eager-raven-113 |
The native route currently hides invariant-producer executions inside resolution. This instrument observes actual function entries and elapsed wall time, then carries those observations in
producer_countson the existing[native-cost-partition]receipt. It does not optimize the route or add exclusive partition rows. The roster in
std.compiler_entryisList<DeclarationRef>. Its five citations arev2.extdeps.languages.dag::dag_language_model,v2.compiler.name_resolve::validate_module_roots,v2.compiler.symbol_index_fill::symbol_index_fill_module_roots, andv2.compiler.compile::{native_test_resolve_module,native_test_infer_resolved}. Count rows preserve the full declaration citation and carryNanosecond. Generated numeric slots are storage addresses only; no authored nickname becomes a Rust identifier or receipt identity. The emitted entry guard counts early-return invocations; checked clock/count overflow paths refuse. Nested producer durations overlap and must not be added to the exclusive sum. The 50 ms tolerance is unchanged. This is item A (#11224). B is #11217; relay attribution is #11233. The separate context-identity extension adds the sixth constructor observation and content-bound ingest receipt; neither that scope result nor B's once-per-context claim is established by this five-producer instrument.

D42vz4 on 6ecd05a compiled its initial seed and regenerated155/155, then FAILED at rebuild_from_installed with E0609 and restored the checkpoint. Its retained std candidate returns DeclarationRef while the failure names the old NativeDriverProducer. The exact installed population was not retained; the install/source-selection boundary remains unexplained. Candidate existence and later successful compilation do not localize that failure.
Both retained candidates were copied unchanged after checking the manifest's FNV digests: std3a99a0371e37513f, emitterabdd59309603c4de; generation29af3f98ce71edca, producerb550863a0597cbdd. Receipt SHA256 f1174afd93f0c6152976b5dade9e23f9f45bfab949af66ed5417871c84dfca05 (

The interface and these generated files were pushed together, addressing reviews65064,65089,65151.Earlier failures remain failures: ef064's first round refused after replacing its running executable (fnv1a64:efa53270f7d89381 → aa2b4f49c23448fd); its second round refused an unresolved roster import during rebuild. The later units transaction ZSEo4t exercised two changed mirrors/two convergence stages and passed9/9; its success does not rewrite those failures. The units-only head1b7036ac passed an emitted-build gate (exit_status=0 warning_count=0, binary SHA25671c186f5215f7ede219ddaafcc917d88de211932e5983540a4963c8b737e530e), stopped after build proof, NOT A MEASUREMENT.
Floor disposition: the earlier58a floor completed with claims_failed=0 but one completed-over-cost refusal (affected_set_universe_gate_processes_match_declared_gates,551ms against500ms, run34732412912). It is not cleared by an unchanged-tree redraw. The instructed disposition is to integrate #11195 when landed and obtain a passing composed-tree floor using actual roster classification and observed eval_steps, with CPU published separately. No budget widening or inferred step count.

A second retained specimen of the install/rebuild boundary: srv2 instrument.odPcpu on separate scope+B composition subject 95505db29228df9371d2aeacebba12441ee31ffa. The full log establishes seed build succeeded, generation completed 155/155 with initial drift, then round.rebuild_from_installed refused E0432 for native_driver_producer_roster imported by v1_compiler_emit_rust.rs, followed by checkpoint restoration. Both committed seed mirrors contain zero roster references. The retained generated pair defines the roster in std_compiler_entry.rs and consumes it in the emitter. This repeats the unresolved install/source-selection boundary seen in D42vz4; it is not an initial-seed failure, an A measurement, or a successful install/rebuild receipt. The exact installed population that rustc consumed remains unproven by candidate existence alone. Full log retained at /home/briansrls/.worktrees/royal-hawk-241-counts/.instrument-odPcpu.log. Earlier failed rounds remain failed.
Current composition d5ae812 merges main da82008. The roster now has SIX entry observations, adding native_test_context_from_ingest; this reports constructor executions without #11295's content-identity extension. No selector, detailed nested partition, or B rewire is included.
Under the explicit operator ruling, commit d905a53 takes BOTH generated files directly from instrument.ZPOD7I's candidate tree, without hand edits. Full SHA256s (also independently confirmed by sha256sum on srv2): std_compiler_entry.rs a2f4c7232bc08ae4883e1101a1eaaf1bd202d1898e480eda189bc4255acc9e87; v1_compiler_emit_rust.rs 2097e8f43f90d3f69307e677c3db94b453643a8e5d36cd781a283f0749cf9b58. Both match their FNV surface digests in the SAME receipt, whose SHA256 is f3edd4cab2bb01c02c6246f7296153ee09988895a094ca98d74d205db9738429. Receipt: srv2 /home/briansrls/royal-hawk-241/instrument.ZPOD7I/repo/target/stage0-regen-receipt.json; pass=first_generation, first_generation_equal=false, changed_paths=[std_compiler_entry.rs,v1_compiler_emit_rust.rs]. Log: /home/briansrls/royal-hawk-241/instrument.ZPOD7I/instrument.log. Generation succeeded, but install failed at round.rebuild_from_installed (E0432 unresolved native_driver_producer_roster), and the checkpoint was restored. Direct candidate installation does not upgrade that failed transaction or establish a fixed point.
Next gates on d5ae812: fresh adopted regeneration must converge / fixed-point verification must pass, then an exact-head emitted-build gate, then the frozen-head announcement with source/universe and binary identities before the quiet full-corpus fold. The fold will run on srv2 with no other gunbc fold, a declared memory envelope and observed host/load facts. No baseline entry counts or timing results are claimed yet. This initial controlled fold is not the later detailed instrumented BEFORE; that pair requires matching observation capability and the identical independently pinned runtime input subject.
Exact pushed-head verification now executed: instrument.bOKb9T on d5ae812 completed rc=0. required-regen first_generation_equal=true (155 planned/executed/adjudicated; one declared divergent main.rs), changed_paths=0, convergence_stages=0; required-regen-fixed-point fixed_point_equal=true, referenced_first_generation_equal=true, referenced_at=d5ae8121de9e3659d8447254a8b462fa9b36470f. This observes a no-change fixed point after the authorized pair adoption; it does not turn ZPOD7I's failed install into a successful install. Exact-head emitted-build gate is running separately; no quiet-fold result yet.
