Row-only diff under dag/gunbc/recurring_failure_mode/ (the class fierce-lark-661 ruled safe to land during the freeze). No test, no source change.

Class. A .dag declaration whose body is one application of its own name means "host-realized seam" and reads as recursion. The meaning lives only in an interpreter arm the running binary may not carry; when it does not, the name resolves to the declaration and diverges to CALL_DEPTH_LIMIT with a diagnostic that names recursion, not a missing realization.

Verified from source (not reproduced): gunbc#11121 / dfac90c introduced map_lookup_primitive_delegate and its map_grounding.lookup arm in one commit, so a pre-#11121 binary over the post-#11121 corpus hits call_function_guarded's depth refusal — the still-crab-505 observation, cited as a lane report.

Denominator. 13 same-name self-call fn declarations across dag/ and src/v2/; the 11 HostRealizedSeam roster rows are all among them; the other 2 (v2.std.node_reflection resolve_type_node, v2.std.data_index data_init_decl_facts_live) have interpreter arms and no projection row. The row says thirteen sites, and that the roster is short by two.

Rung / ceiling / trigger. Found at mitigatable (interpreted path: typed depth refusal, wrong subject; emitted-Rust unrostered path is silent per symbol_lexeme_seam_disposition_note). Ceiling structurally guaranteed: the self-call marker is decidable, and acceptance can refuse a closure whose seam has no roster row or whose primitive the executing realization has no arm for. Structurally impossible is named beyond it (a bodyless host-seam declaration form) and not claimed. Trigger names that acceptance capability across all paths and binaries.

Discrimination. Neighbour family (arm and registration that do not meet — dispatch_correctness_resting_on_arm_order, unresolved_callee_conflated_with_dispatched_elsewhere): the binary carries a realization and the dispatch fails to select it. Here the binary carries none and the declaration answers. No prior ledger row covered this; the closest prior text is the String note inside std.primitive_projection, now cited as a receipt.

… instead of refusing when its interpreter arm is absent

One ledger row under dag/gunbc/recurring_failure_mode/. Specimen: gunbc#11121's
map_lookup_primitive_delegate, whose self-call body recurses to CALL_DEPTH_LIMIT on
any binary that lacks the map_grounding.lookup arm. Denominator searched: 13 same-name
self-call declarations across dag/ and src/v2, 11 rostered HostRealizedSeam, 2 with an
arm and no projection row. Rung mitigatable; ceiling structurally guaranteed via an
ingestion refusal of an unrealized seam; trigger names that capability.
