Type FS BOX FAQ trial and account-buffer durations as Minute

Summary

• extdeps.instrument.fs_box_v3_v4_v5_faq carried trial_period and formal_account_buffer as NonEmptyStr ("seven-day", "24-hour") while the same landing already typed V4 battery endurance as Minute. That is two representations of a published FS duration, found as review 64502 on the Cite FS BOX V4 data sheet and V3/V4/V5 FAQ without over-discharging leg programming #11131 landing (the closed duplicate was extdeps: model the cited FS BOX V4 data sheet and the V3/V4/V5 FAQ, without over-discharging the leg-programming obligation #11168).
• Field types and initializers now use Minute: seven days is minute(count: 10080), 24 hours is minute(count: 1440). Cited facts are unchanged; only the carrier changes.
• The published-claims witness now asserts minute_count on those quantities instead of the string spelling. box_pro_customization_review stays "1-2 working days": it is a range over business days, which Minute cannot represent.

Frontier (not this PR)

An interval carrier over business days would be needed before box_pro_customization_review can leave prose. This PR does not invent one.

Constraints held

• The two TranscribedUncited rows in product.breakout_leg_programming are untouched.
• Data-sheet and FAQ form-factor / browser lists stay unmerged.

The first required-floor run (34688079348, runner srv1-18-1789206420-3261576) was not MemoryStallRefusedPageThrash. Adjudication refused namespace-wave-admission with a STALE gunbc#11137 admission (matches no delta). That row's trigger had already fired (#11137 merged). Meanwhile origin/main landed #11165, which emptied the same roster. This head is now a merge of that main; git merge-tree --write-tree origin/main is clean and the remaining diff is only the two FAQ/witness files.
