. They were enrolled on floor_cost_debt censored_chunk_04 after D4's floor-of-record interrupt (review 63588). With the grammar digest on the prepared grammar, small-module tokenize/parse/normalize is fill-netted under the 500ms line, so withholding them hid the repair.
