Summary

  • Files gunbc.recurring_failure_mode concession_annotation_is_not_a_disposition, the class v2 compile-obligation census: claimed vs route-covered vs seed-side escape #10942 review 63691 named and the census then repaired by deleting RouteReach rather than annotating that it had gone constant.
  • A conceded decoration is worse than a missed one: the sentence reads as diligence while a fold still publishes the invalid construction. DESIGN §4c is why the costume works — no Accepted program reads the annotation.
  • Second specimen is gunbc.package_delivery observe_protocol_schema_identity on gunbc#9241 (review 55992): registering a future repair is not a disposition. Distinguished from the coverage-claim, self-authorized-dissolution, and ledger-row-as-remedy neighbours.

Test plan

  • Roster derivation includes the new sibling file (directory membership is the authority; roster.dag is gitignored and written on the read path).
  • Cited symbols resolve: census_counts, native_standing, v2_native_route_off_the_merge_path, observe_protocol_schema_identity, ProtocolSchemaIdentityObservation.
  • Required CI green on this head.

…not a disposition.

Keeping a decoration after stating the deletion rule is worse than missing it — the sentence reads as diligence while a fold still publishes the invalid construction.

#11047 changed authored() to join with a space; leaving the old trailing space would render this row double-spaced and as the only such file.
The carrier's merge geometry requires every list element to carry a comma, including the last, so an append does not pull the preceding receipt into the conflict region.

review 64188 is right: the last receipts element was the one list item without a trailing comma, against the carrier header in gunbc.recurring_failure_mode. Fixed at 26c967e.

… loss.

Sub-case one refuses a closed-roster producer that ignores its subject or an identically fixed axis; sub-case two requires the located cause to remain in the returned carrier. Neither retires the general concession class, which stays outside the modeled guarantee.
