Summary

  • Land DESIGN §4d as a peer of §4b: what the corpus may assert about the world (deduced fact vs typed bet; do not over-generalize a prohibition; do assert confident facts).
  • Placement is a consequence of A2/A3 grounding, not a restatement of §4b's compiler-guarantee column or of §5's ratchet-as-wall trap.
  • Homes named, not invented: extdeps.external_authority CitedFigureStanding and gunbc-private strategy.node_rental SupplierHypothesis; receipts cited as gunbc-private Parallel tasks list #54 and gunbc#10954 without transcribed figures.
  • Reviewer derivation from this principle is a follow-up, not in this PR.

Test plan

  • Confirm DESIGN.md is the generated projection of gunbc.design_document (generated-artifact phase).
  • Read §4d against §4b and §5: three arms present; boundaries stated; no duplicated ladder/never-trap.

…hibition.

The corpus already typed warrant standing and asymmetric supplier hypotheses; the document did not name the three-way duty, so over-claim and over-forbid kept looking like rigor.

#10954's source reading is that PR's finding; DESIGN must not settle it while the PR is open and the AVL unread. Same standing for gunbc-private #54's unlanded retraction.
DESIGN.md regenerated from merged design_document (main's §3b/§3d plus §4d).
