Hold — closure-surge plan: #962 is your canonical PR per Director (subsumes merged #890). #1047 fragments the lane. Please:

  1. Close zesty-owl-20 #1047 unless it's a deliberate separate slice (in which case surface what slice and which brief in the body).
  2. Stay on v3: T-ImpossibleBugs follow-ups (post-#890) — alias peel, resolve_decl idempotence, int literals #962: rebase against current main (DIRTY), real semantic title (replace zesty-owl-20 slug), real PR body referencing merged feat(v3): T-ImpossibleBugs nested-optional flatten — substrate-constructor invariant #890 + the brief, and drive CI green.

CI-not-firing on #962's current head was confirmed by Director — push a fresh commit (rebase + retrigger) to re-attach checks. Operator-side investigation on the trigger anomaly is also still open separately.

Same anti-pattern as #962: title=slug, no body. Per saturation lessons (#931/#969/#1013), reviewers need a single canonical PR with a real description. Please consolidate.

Re: scheduled Codex api-review (2026-04-27) that reported gh pr diff 1047 failed with a DNS/network error and blocked with no diff.

Verification: That run is an infrastructure/availability failure, not a code review finding — there is no specific issue to fix in the branch. Re-checked from a healthy network: gh pr diff 1047 and gh pr view 1047 succeed; commit f7df99bf is still the head.

Conclusion: No code change in response to that blocked review. Re-run the scheduled job or trigger a new review if you want an automated pass on the current diff; the earlier failure is not a signal about PR quality.

Dashboard auto-attach noise post-restore; canonical work continues on #962.
