Ctrl+Home/End when FullRowSelect on is counter intuitive (TableView) #2262

Describe the bug
Ctrl+Home / End takes the cursor to the absolute first or last cell in the table. This is consistent with Excel and other spreadsheet applications.
However when FullRowSelect is on this results in horizontal navigation (if there are too many columns to fit on screen) and feels unintuitive.
