em.....a runtime exception is thrown all the time when I type "0." and wanna to make a loop 0.upto(num). It seems to be relative with constant cause it can recurs when I type 1. or "abc".
My Eclipse's version is Version: Photon Release (4.8.0),and the plugin is 3.3.0.xx-201901112049

And the exception log is below:

!MESSAGE The 'Groovy Code Completions' proposal computer from the 'org.codehaus.groovy.eclipse.codeassist.completion' plug-in did not complete normally. The extension has thrown a runtime exception.

Can you share the code you have after "0." inside the run method? The constructor completion processor is trying to resolve a qualifier expression, so I'm guessing there is some code on the next line.
