This adds missing command line options to the man page and HTML help for gvmd and sorts all the options alphabetically.
The example now takes into account that the default scanner uses file sockets by default. In the "More information" section "OpenVAS" has been replaced with "Greenbone Vulnerability Manager" and the links have been changed.

Backport of #565 and #568:
This sorts the command line options alphabetically and updates the man page by adding the missing ones.
The example and "More information" section in the man page are also updated.
