This is a major version bump to an "unreleased" version of electron-builder, but I think we should be fine. The only breaking changes I could find were in the release notes of v23.0.0-alpha.0 and they shouldn't affect us. Upgrading to 23.0.3 is recommended for macOS 12.3 support.
