namespace field appears deprecated, event handler CLI contains no such option.

Follow-up to #62049
Docs for
teleport-plugin-event-handlerhelm chart is now auto-rendered fromvalues.yaml, and replaces previous static version. Makefile includes new targets to render and check for changes.
