This PR updates the text displayed when
tctl tokens add --type kubeis run, so that thehelm installcommand for adding an agent enables Managed Updates. Without Managed Updates, Kubernetes agents require manually updates to avoid being disconnected during cluster upgrades. Teleport only support n-1 agent version behind the proxy.--
