After #51671, Teleport now supports fetching Azure identities for SQL Server instances when running on Virtual Machine Scale Sets (like AKS clusters). However, this requires additional permission on
Microsoft.Compute/virtualMachineScaleSets/virtualMachines/read.This PR updates the permission section of the Azure SQL Server guide with the new addition.
