Since we're bringing the access plugins chart back into the
teleportrepo (in #40373) we can start generating the reference from thevalues.yamlfile and add CI checks for the docs.This PR renders the Slack plugin chart reference. As 90% of the values are common across plugins I will wait for this PR to be approved before sending documentation PRs for other plugin charts.
