Truncate access request list of search roles on audit page.#39365

The access request search audit event is capable of displaying a very large number of roles, especially when combined with the Okta access list sync feature. This list is now truncated to prevent the audit UI from becoming too cluttered.

changelog: The audit entry for
access_request.searchwill now truncate the list of roles in the audit UI if it exceeds 80 characters.
