@ravicious Tested locally, works fine on Ubuntu 22.04 with Wayland enabled.

This should take care of #32832 caused by electron/electron#39775 in Electron 26.
25.9.0 is supported until January 2024 and fixes several CVEs compared to 25.1.1 that we were using before the update to 26.
Changelog: Fixed a blank screen in Teleport Connect sometimes occurring on Linux.
