This guide gives a high-level overview of deploying a single cluster available across multiple regions without using trusted clusters.

This architecture uses AWS Route53 Latency Routing to create Global Server Load Balancing for multi-region single cluster deployments. It also uses Proxy Peering to restrict the number of connections necessary to facilitate this Teleport Cluster architecture.

This HA deployment guide is distinct from existing examples in the following ways:

- The architecture creates a single cluster across multiple regions.
- Route 53 latency-based routing is used to create GSLB resource routing to proxies
- Proxy peering is used to reduce the number of resource connections throughout the cluster
This commit adds DNS configuration changes necessary for latency based routing.

I copied this format from an existing guide so I am removing sections that are already defined elsewhere.
