This commit aligns line breaks to ~80 chars, nests code blocks under numbered steps where appropriate, and other minor formatting edits.

This PR has two main changes.
curl .../auth/exportinstead oftctl auth export#23560. Something a reviewer might be unfamiliar with is the 3-space indents, which are used to nest the code blocks under the numbered steps properly.
